Chapter 1: THE KNOCKING
Knock ! Knock ! a persistent knocking sound can be heard from the bedroom, waking the person that is currently sleeping soundly inside.
The waken Yeh Ling which is now groggy and grumpy have first try to ignore it but the knocking was persistent. After 10 minute of trying to ignore it, she realize that the person at the door will never go away. Looking at the alam clock at her bedside, the needle show it is 2 am in the morning.
Damn it, who the fuck that me so late at night, think Yeh Ling. Dragging herself from the bed, she put on a T-shirt and shorts before when out the bedroom as she normally sleep naked.
Standing at the door, she peed through the peephole and saw a middle age stranger knocking the door non-stop. After making sure the door latch is latched properly, the irritated Yeh Ling open the door an inch and stare at the stranger out angrily.
In a cold and angry voice, Yeh Ling ask, Who the hell are you looking for? Don't you know what time it is? I don't think i know or seen you before, what matter is so urgent that you need to disturb people in their sleep?
I am so sorry Ms for disturbing and waken you from your sleep. I am looking for Ms. Juan Yeh Ling and it is a matter of life and dead. So please, are you her?
