The dragon cave
Huli sat in his office and looked outside. The sun was shining and the sky was clear blue. It was now two days since Kaida left. Why hadn't there been a message from her yet?
Somebody knocked on the door

Huli stood up and stood next to his desk

In the center of the room she saw a large dragon that seemed to be guarding something. Kyona walked into the space and all the dragons were fixed on her. When she passed them they laid down as a sign of obedience. She stopped walking when she stood before the big dragon.
The dragon opened his eyes and roared loudly. When he saw that Kyona did not stiffen, he opened his mouth and breathed fire. Kyona was hit by the fire, but she did not move a muscle.
When the fire was out, the dragon rose and walked to Kyona. He lowered his head and sniffed at her, waiting for her to stroke him.
"Have I passed the test Long? It would have been easier if I could hear you. Do you mind if I prepare for the dragon ceremony? Kaida has a task that she must accomplish. And I see you guarding the dragon eggs. You are doing very well "
Kyona fondled Long's head lovingly.
