Promise
Everything was dark.
Kitt's mind was a mess.
He had just been told that monsters actually exist.
Kitt was unstable. He kept flashing through all of his previous memories.
Of his childhood
Of his 'family' and so called 'friends'
And of the tragic incident
That took place 7 years ago.
He could never forget the bite marks on his moms neck.
They weren't love bites, or anything like that.
They were murder bites.
Ever since that incident, Kitt refused any idea that monsters existed.
The memory's were to painful to bare...

"Hello? Kitt? Are you there? Can you hear me?" Kitt was just transported to the hospital along with Mei and Lin, when he started showing signs of waking up.
"Y-yeah I'm awake Mei Ling.."
'wait. Shes a monster.'
Instantly, all the color drained from Kitts face. Even the mysterious Kitt didn't have such a crazy background as Mei ling, and he couldn't believe that this was actually reality.
"Lin, Can I talk to Kitt in private, please??"
"Of course!" Lin didn't have any objections because they were obviously going to discuss private matters, and she had only known Mei for about an hour now, so she didn't really belong in their private conversations. After saying that, Lin left the hospital room and waited patiently outside.
"Kitt, I am a monster. A vampire in fact. But don't worry, I'm not dangerous or anything like that, I was just exiled from my home planet lysteria, and I could get into ALOT of trouble if you tell anyone I'm a monster.. so could you please keep this as a secret between us??"
'A monster?? No, she's worse than a normal monster, she's A VAMPIRE!! If monsters are real, than it really was a vampire who killed his parents! No way any monster, especially A VAMPIRE could be trusted!!'
Even though this is what he thought, he knew he shouldn't say that out loud, so he could only simply agree and promise to keep this a secret.
"That's great!! Thank you so much Kitt! I'm indebted to you now! Just tell me anything you need help with and I'll help you!! I think we should leave the hospital now, since you are all better!"
"Yeah.." Kitts voice sounded hoarse, so Mei ling handed him a glass of water.
"So, Kitt, where is your house at?? Remember, you promised me that I could stay with you!! Please don't break your promise NOW...."
"Ah, I'll drive us there later today..." Kitt wasn't really happy to let a monster stay at his house, but he was afraid he would be punished or possibly killed if he disobeyed her.
"And Kitt,"
"Yeah?" Kitt was nervous. What did this vampire want??
"Please remember to keep your promise, because you don't want to know what would happen if you break it.."
"A-ah of course! I would never dare to break a promise! Ever! I swear!" What would she do to me if I break the promise?? This is to scary! Never mess with a monster!!
As the two walked out of the hospital room, Mei said her goodbyes to Lin and hurried out of the hospital.
