Suddenly he heard a voice Gum-Gum ..jet pistol suddenly a hand streched out from now where and hit on directly to chief spandan face which made him flying 25 steps backward.

At gates of justice a ship came to near to docking place" Suddenly a troops of soldiers are walking down... straw hat luffy is fighting with chief spandan and all the marines are quickly surrounding luffy ,he just grabbed robin placed on his shoulders and running outside the encirclement ...he punched his way out.
Suddenly chief spandan" shoot them down..you idiots don't let them escape .."
before marines started to shoot suddenly a ray light appeared and shoot all t he marines .
they surprised to see there was a man standing down on tower of justice and shooting them down with the sling shot.
chief spandan " what are you doing ...shoo the man on the tower."marines shouted " sir that is impossible to shoot he is way out of our reach".
