"You will do what Hiro did when he did a demonstration of the training regime he was giving our class," Astra said to them the next day.

This was regarding the condition she talked about in order to complete their line up for the competition.

"You mean using his power to help his movements?" Shinobu asked.

"Yes."

She then looked at them one by one.

"Both Kaname and Kaito will use wind to increase their speed at the same time make their bodies lighter when doing the jumping jacks and doing the hurdles," she started giving her instructions.

"Takao will use the earth to give him a push every time he jumps trough the hurdle while Shinobu will use water to ensure that his body temperature remains constant, meaning I don't want to see you drenched in sweat."

"Ma'am yes ma'am," they all said at the same time making her brows twitch.

"I am not your instructor, stop that it feels weird," she rebuked making them laugh.
