Chapter 6: Chapter 6: He was Arrogant
KASEY'S POV
It's been two days since that day, and today we don't have any class because the teachers say that we must prepare our booths now, that's why everyone is busy preparing and decorating the classroom.
"guys!, nandito na ang costumes, table cloths, utensils and other decorations we needed for our booth!"
I shouted as I came to our room kasama ang ilan sa mga empleyado ni lolo dala ang mga box na naglalaman ng mga kailanga namin, buti na lang at pumayag si lolo na gamitin namin ito ng libre.
"Woah!, It all look so expensive, and I never saw this design for utensils before, it suits our booth, where do you get these Kasey? Renting it must cost a lot of money" Cherry ask me while she was looking for all the things in the box.
"Don't worry, I got that for free, from some connection"
"Woah!, look at our costumes, ang cute!, excited na ako sa school fest!" one of my girl classmate exclaimed
"hey, Kasey why don't you try to wear that maid outfit for us" Cherry said as she handed to me a maid uniform
"huh?!"
"oo nga, sige na Kasey" My classmates said
"di ba sabi mo model ka dati, and besides I'm curios on how you look at it" bulong ni Denise sa akin habang hawak-hawak nya ang costume
They glare at me and it looks scary, that's why in the end I was forced to wear one of the maid costume.
"Hey guys, watssup!, EH?!" Hanz said as he barged in.
"Is that you Kasey?!" the boys said in chorus
"she's so cute, right?" one of my classmate said.
"yeah" said Claude
"hey, hey, don't tell me Claude you're starting to like her now, want to have a date with her?" Kris tease us.
"W-what re you saying?, I'm not" said Claude
"my twin was right, because I'm the one who will date her, right Kasey?" Hanz said as he wrap his arms in my shoulder and wink at me.
"L-let go of me!!, don't you dare touch me!!" I shouted as my panic arouse.
"Huh?, hey! para akbay lang galit ka na?" taka at naguguluhan nyang sambit
I left the classroom immediately to get change, I'm still not use being touch like that by a guy after all, I thought I'm already use to it because of Vincent, but I'm wrong.
I was about to return to our classroom to continue my duty after changing my clothes and also to say sorry to Hanz for shouting at him, when I bumped to someone.
"Itai!~" I winced in pain
"tsk. What a pain" huh?, it's him.
"Nice?.. I'm sorry. A-are you alright?, do you hit your head." nag aalala kong sambit nang sapuhin ko ang ulo nya, looking for a scratch, fracture or bump.
"I'm alright, but you're a bit heavy, can you please stand up so I can stand up too"
Eh!, now that I look at it, our position is awkward because I AM ON TOP OF HIM.
"A-ah!!, my bad, I'm sorry" I said as I immediately stood up, hiyang hiya sa nangyari, pwede bang mgapa kain na lamang ako sa lupa?.
"matuto ka kasing tumingin sa dinadaanan mo kaya nga nasa harapan ang mata diba?, di ka ata marunong maglakad" pangaral nya habang pinapagpag ang pantalon at polo "by the way nakita mo ba sila Vincent?"
Ok na sana eh, mabait na sana kaso lang pilosopo!
"nasa classroom sila" walang emosyon kong sagot
Then sabay na kaming bumalik sa room para tumulong sa pag aayos, I even said sorry to Hanz and gladly he accepted it, he even say sorry to me.
"Kasey, okay na ba to?" James asked, I just nod as a sign of yes.
I was about to pick some of the decorations at the box and when I was about to grab that decoration someone was about to took it also, to my surprise it was Vincent.
"ah, sorry, sige kunin mo na" he said
"o-ok" Waaah!, a-ano to?, b-bakit hindi ko sya matingnan sa mata, ang bilis din ng tibok ng puso ko.
"Vincent halika dito tulungan mo kami na ikabit tong sign board natin!" Kris.
"Hey, Kasey may gusto ka kay Vincent no!" Cherry said.
"h-huh?, wala ah!" I protested
"Eh bakit ka namumula at nauutal dyan?" sawsaw naman ni Denise.
"wala nga kasi, ang kulit nyo!, dyan na nga kayong dalawa"
Gusto ko nga ba talaga si Vincent?, Am I ready to fall in love again?, Aish!, ewan ko!
"Kasey, can we really finish all of this within two days?, madami pa tayong dapat gawin?, kulang pa pati yung decorations natin, tapos the day itself kailangan pa nating magluto at mag ayos ng flower arrangement para sa tables" my classmate ask.
"hmm, you're right"
'Anong gagawin ko, ako ang pinili nilang leader and I must do the task given, think Kasey, think.'
"alam ko na, ako na ang bahalang gumawa sa ibang decorations at sa flower arrangement the day itself ako na din dun, yung sa pag be-bake naman, kayo na ang bahala dun, okay ba?"
"kaya mo ba yun?"
"oo naman"
'Besides I'm so used in doing this stuffs, also, it helps me to forget everything because whenever I've got nothing to do I ended up reminiscing my past, which hurts every time I remembered it.'
"oo naman, kakayanin nya yun, kasi tutulungan namin sya" Cherry interrupted
"okay, sige balik na ako sa iba, tutulungan ko pa sila para sa ibang decorations"
Then she left.
And after our class, Cherry and Denise insisted that we must do the decorations with the boys at our house since di na kaming pwedeng magtagal pa sa school, at dahil sa wala na akong magawa pumayag na ako, anong magagawa ko walo sila isa lang ako.
"We're here" I said habang binubuksan ng guard ang gate ng bahay.
"Woah!, ang laki pala ng bahay nyo Kasey, doble ang laki sa bahay namin at may guard pa talaga kayo" Hanz said, amused by the sight of our house
"You're exaggerating Hanz, watch you're manners" suway ni Kris sa kaibigan
"Tadaima" I said when we entered our house.
"Okairi, Hime-sama," our maids greeted.
"we we're doing some school stuff here, so can you prepare snacks for nine person?" I ask to our maid
"okay po, pero bago po yun kami na po ang magdadala ng mga bag nyo" she said as she held her hands out
" Arigatou , demo....there's no need for that... Ah, by the way does Ojichan come back?" I ask them habang iginagala ang paningin sa bahay, looking for traces telling that he was already home.

"not yet, hime-sama"
"ok thanks... Guys let's go, dun tayo sa garden" at iginiya ko na sila patungo sa garden sa likod bahay
"woah!, kakaiba ka talaga Kasey!, you're like a princess" James exclaimed
"I'm not, tara na" nahihiya kong sambit.
Hindi naman kasi talaga, I am just me. No more no less.
Then we headed to the garden and started to make the decorations.
While making the decorations walang tigil ang tanong nila sa akin, they keep on asking about our family business. Since it's getting dark sa sala na lang kami nagpatuloy sa pag gawa ng decorations, I also ask them na sa bahay na rin sila mag dinner since gabi na.
While working bigla na lang tumayo si Nice at lumabas, and as I was wondering on what does that man doing outside, i didn't notice that my fingers got stuck together by the superglue as I put the glue on one of the decoration.
"EH?!!!!" I shouted out of frustration.
"What's wrong?" they said in chorus nang sabay sabay silang lumingon sa direksyon ko.
Then I show them my fingers that has been stuck together, but when they saw it they just laugh. They must find my stuck finger glued together hilarious.
"halika ka nga, pwede ba nating gamitin yung kusina nyo?" Vincent ask
I just nod then he drag me to the kitchen, and on our way to the kitchen I saw Cherry and Denise grinning at me, like they were saying, 'good luck Kasey, that's your chance to tell him what you feel', like I would do that, and as if I have a crush on Vincent at saka sa pagkaka alam ko at base na rin sa kwento nila may girlfriend na itong si Vincent, nasa ibang bansa nga lang.
