Chapter 209: A Suggestion

After messing with Qin Hao, Xu Mey was having a blast thinking about his reactions. She could even bet that poor Qin Hao must have run away from her office to puke his guts out.

A knock at the door caught her attention as Qin Hao's head craned inside, "President Xu, you have a visitor." As he spoke, he kept avoiding her gaze. But Xu Mey had seen the way his face had turned pale.

She had the urge to laugh again but she composed herself like a professional asking, "Who is it?"

"Um... Well, he says that he's your father." Qin Hao stated rather uncertainly.

Xu Mey immediately stood up and frowned. "Send him in." Qin Hao nodded before closing the door.

After a few minutes, Xu Cheng opened the door to her office and took slow but steady steps inside. Looking at Xu Mey, he smiled gently.

"Dad, what're you doing here? Are you even allowed to leave the hospital?" Xu Mey inquired with worry and held his arm to help him take a seat at the sofa.
