Chapter 43: Tokyo Katagiri Cordial Residence
"You have a nice house." Lee Changhyuk remarked as he was studying the milk girl.
The private butler from the previous hotel just dropped his luggage to Shizu's place. It did not take that long for the luggage to come since he deliberately chose a hotel that was close to her neighborhood. And yes he only had one luggage.
Shizu nodded, she did say that he could stay and was beyond happy that the tenant finally did show up. However as soon as she came to the actual realization that the long-stay tenant was verily THE Lee Changhyuk himself- she was losing her mind.
Shizu ran to the storage room to get slippers and bathroom amenities. Her mind went blank for awhile, she suddenly forgot her own floor plan and could not find a single thing that she was looking for.
Lee Changhyuk just watched as Shizu was panicking around the house to look for the amenities. His eyes were sticked to Shizu as he was amused to see the panic milk girl.
He would turn his head to the right when shizu went to the right, and he would look to the left when shizu ran to the left. In her head, she was chanting all kind of mantras to keep herself calm. But as you could see... the mantras didn't work.
"Do you need help?" He asked.
"No!!"
Shizu stopped for awhile as she watched Lee Changhyuk quietly nodded like an obedient kid. Feeling bad for refusing him in a harsh tone- she quit moving back and forth aimlessly and took a deep breath to clear her head.
She then fixed her gaze on him. She really didn't mean to be rude. 'You can do this Shizu! He's just another RoomBnB guest! Except he's just THE super VIP guest that always got the first class service and private butler.'
SLAPPED
Yes, she was slapping her cheek real hard inwardly. She was going crazy! She wondered where did all of her calmness go.
Aaaaargh maybe she should have just told him to leave. But it's too late already, right? That naughty boy instantly turned into a happy puppy as soon as she told him that he could stay.
She felt that the deities would punish her if she ever changed her mind! Now all she had to do was to act cool in front of THE Lee Changhyuk so he wouldn't think of her as another-annoying-GreenEast fan!
Little did she know that she was obviously far from cool.
On the other hand, Lee Changhyuk was trying so hard to hide the amusement from his face as Shizu was staring intensely at him without blinking nor saying anything.
He could tell that the milk Girl was having an endless monologue inside her head and only God knows, how much he wanted to wink at her and asked what she was thinking. But nope! Not yet! He still didn't want her to throw him out on the street just yet!
The milk girl was still not opening up to him. The robotic attitude that she showed when something was bothering her head... Oh milk girl, why did you have to be so cute?
"Just rest and I'll call you when everything's ready. On this floor we have 2 regular bedrooms next to the dining room and upstairs you have the biggest room." She finally explained.
"Then I'll take the biggest room?" Lee Changhyuk shot his brows up like a kid asking for permission from his elder sister.
Well, instead of negotiating he did pay a handsome amount of money upfront, for the three rooms. And with that puppy eyes... YES. He could sleep in any room that he wanted.
He could even sleep in one room, exercise in another room and put his clothes in the big room. If he was an amoeba she wouldn't mind if he divided himself and slept in all three rooms at the same time. Shizu nodded her head firmly as an answer and gestured him to go upstairs.
"Shitsurei shimasu. (1)" The Star excused himself.
He took his big luggage and climbed the stairs. Shizu could hear hisfoot step as he climbed up then came back to where she left off. Looking for the slippers!
Tokyo Katagiri Cordial Residence was definitely not a 5 star hotel but it always received a minimum 8/10 rating from the guests! Now that Lee Changhyuk's in his room she could prepare everything flawlessly and maintain her reputation as the super host!
"Whoaa you have all of our albums! Even the Mandarin one!?" She could hear him yelling happily from the second floor.
Shizu stopped her movement for a while as she tried to digest what Lee Changhyuk just said. What did he just say? There's no GreenEast album in the Big Room. Unless.....
She ran for her life for the very first time. She swore to all deities that she had never put that much effort in running. Shizu went to her room and panted like crazy as she was desperately gasping for more air to clear her head.
She could see Lee Changhyuk resting one hand against the wall and putting the other one inside of his pocket. Upon her arrival, he turned his head towards Shizu and she could spot there was a marker between his natural wet lips.
Lee Changhyuk turned his head back to study the 'scrap corner' where Shizu sticked all of her personal collections which consisted of: GreenEast posters and some inspirational quotes.
His white-pearl-teeth slightly gritted as he removed the cap from the marker. Still holding the cap between that pouty lips, he put the ballpoint tip on top of a picture of himself and started to move his hand to draw a beautiful signature.
Shizu's cheeks were fuming red in embarassment.
"LEE CHANGHYUUUUK!!!!"

Shitsurei shimasu (1): literally means, "I'm going to be rude." This expression is used in various situations. When entering someone's house or room, it means "Excuse my interrupting." When leaving it is used as "Excuse my leaving" or "Good-bye."
