Umm yeah Carl run away from city he arrive at Dawn Academy where super genius gather.
He at admission place and trying to get in. He meets unnecessary friend/side characters Fatso who's an expert in something - idk, formations maybe and also Twig who is fat and eat lots but is super strong but is low-key.
They friend with Carl now
Carl joins academy to escape from pursuit of city yes
They arrive at restaurant best in Dawn City and city named after academy to celebrate.
