Chapter 2: Little Angel
that night Geet cried herself to sleep. she was unable to sleep. still bothered about everyone else.
The other day, she simply spoke to a lawyer without anyone's consent. She swiftly proceeded with divorce process because she felt like she can't take the pain anymore.
Manas helped her with her every move throughout the process.
it took her about an year to get divorced.
Geet's little Angel 'Sara' was under her custody now. she fought a long painful battle. throughout the process she became strong and fierce. she developed through her profession and had a beautiful career which she missed.
Manas ran an online grocery so he never needed to go to an office, he had it in his pocket. he helped her brother achieve a good social status by helping him through the business.
Sara usually addressed Manas 'dad', though she was advised several times by her mother and grandparents to address him 'uncle' but she never obeyed. As days passed by she grew more close to him and started considering him her dad. Manas too would go upset if he didn't hear Sara call him dad. Geet had given up asking her to stop calling him dad but she didn't encourage either.
