Who Are We Meeting?

"Did the recording proceed smoothly?" Han Zhuoli took Lu Man's luggage from her and held her hand.

"It went very smoothly. With Dad around, everyone was especially polite to us," Lu Man said with a smile.

Han Zhuoli thought to himself, If I were there, those people would definitely have been even more polite.

They headed to the carpark and then sat in two separate cars.

Han Zhuoli said to Wang Juhuai and Xia Qingwei, "Dad, Mom, I'm bringing Lu Man along to meet some of my friends, so we won't be heading home for dinner tonight."

"Alright," Xia Qingwei replied with a smile.

"Who are we meeting?" Lu Man asked Han Zhuoli in curiosity as she got into the car.

She already knew that group of Han Zhuoli's close friends.
