Chapter 86: Only you came out

She paces around the room with her hands on her waist. Why aren't they calling? She stops once and looks at the messy table. The phone isn't ringing. Is the connection? She picks up the phone. There's no network. Then, it's a stretch to ask the operators to work during the apocalypse.

"Tsk!" The phone turns into ashes in her hand. 

She hears a shrill cry. She walks to the window and looks out. The magicians are casting the barrier around the building. Hundreds of red-eyed creatures have surrounded them. These creatures are not as dumb as they look. The creatures are evolving in an unpredictable manner. With every rise in their rank, their intelligence is also growing. The worst part is that the higher ranked creatures move in groups with leaders. However, one thing doesn't change. They all want blood.
