It was dark outside nearly 5 am when hong came to Jiayi's room again to wake him up for morning exercise.
Without saying a word her hand reached out towards his face when she was about to Pat it but stopped in mid way this time Hong was looking at her own face with emotions in her eyes.
In past Hong was always alone sometimes when she felt cold at night she used to embrace herself saying 'don't worry I'm always with you.'
She was always alone in past even if she have some good friends and her parents but she never let others touch her. Her mysophobia was something she created herself to keep distance from others. Although it wasn't serious she deliberately made it look like serious. But now it was different.
Returning back to present her eyes was a bit teary for a second she immediately pat Jiayi's cheeks to wake him.
As for jiayi he wasn't sleeping at all he just closed his eyes to rest for a while, he already finished his work at office he didn't work at night played games teaming with Lao and slept early.
When Hong entered his room he knew it but he still wanted her to wake him up so he kept his eyes closed pretending to sleep. He also sensed it when hong stopped her hand midway waking him up and staring at his face. After Hong pat his face he immediately opened his eyes wanting to see her.
But when he saw Hong's teary eyes he felt a heartache again. Because this was the first time for Hong showing any emotions on top of that she was crying.
Without thinking he pulled the hand which was just patting his cheeks as Hong lost her balance with sudden attack of jiayi.
She fell on top jiayi while Jiayi's one hand encircled on hand around her waist and another around her neck tightly as he closed his eyes again giving a satisfying smile.
Hong felt dumbstruck as she returned to her senses after 10 seconds which was really a long time. She felt the warmness of his body unable to think what to do next. She never felt such warmness before.
Jiayi who was happily hugging hong felt very satisfied of her dumbstruck reaction. It was really rare for her to be dumbstruck.
After some time she immediately distance herself from Jiayi. Returning to her calm and composed self.
" get up!" she said in an indifferent tone.
Poor jiayi wanting to hug her more but can't say anything. He listened to her still happy about the hug.
He remembered in her fresher year one day a guy who wants to persure her hold her hand suddenly in public. Later he went to hospital to recover his broken wrist.
The Hong right now didn't do anything and just left the room waiting for him outside. Regardless the reason for her behavior he was very happy.
After completing their daily workout routine they were going to apartment Hong received a phone call.
Jiayi pecked at the caller ID which was sunshine. He immediately felt jealous as a ambiguous idea came to his mind. His eyes shined as his lips cured up unknowingly.
Hong immediately cut the call and texted her.
[ say what you want to say over here, I'm not in mood to talk.]
[ Hong, darling what happened to you, my baby panda are you tired?]
[ 😂😂 no just thinking what to do next]
[ oh baby, you are still able to think?]
[ so you want me to feel lost this time I'm leaving you coz you unknowingly did a good deed. Next time don't you dare to play around me!! 😤]

As Hong texted sunshine unconsciously she gave a sweet smile which made Jiayi to have mixed emotions on one side he felt really amused looking at her smile it was the same smile she had when he saw her for the first time making one feel really happy just looking at it on the other side he felt as lighting strick at him because this smile was not because of him.
Jiayi didn't knew what they were talking about but he just followed Hong silently staring at her face.
"Jiayi..."
Just when they were about to enter elevator a voice stopped them.
" It's been two day you guys have been together and didn't give me treat at all. Did you forget me already because you have your Luck by your side now" Lao da walked towards them as he said in making a pitful face.
" not party but we'll have a small get together soon after she is more accustomed with living here." Hong said as she encircled her hand around Jiayi's waist.
" okay then I'll be waiting for 'Hong mei mei ' to settle down first."Lao do smilled at Jiayi and turned again to Hong and continued "ah! Almost forgot did you read my book yet? I want your review about it."
" I was a bit busy but I'll definitely read it tonight." listening to Hong words Lao da nodded and left waving good by to both.
" you guys already behaving like brother in arms." In elevator with a heavy heart feeling a bit jealous jiayi said in a small voice feeling wrong.
Looking at him behaving like this out of jealousy Hong laughed completely understanding his state of mind.
