Chapter 16: Compensation
People from different Media channel were already attracted towards the commotion.When they reached near them to get any news,they heard someone .
"Such a shameless girl... trying to spoil the mood of everyone here."
One of the guest said,while pointing her finger towards Shine.He was one of the business partner of 'Wood' family.When he saw Media coming towards them,he spoke to divert the topic of engagement to Shine.
Shine's smile got deeper.
"What will you get after harming your sister?"
Another guest spoke.
And her parents were standing there without speaking anything, letting all the people blame on Shine.
Shine's smile got brighter. Who harmed who ,do they really not know.
"Really...care to explain how did I harm my sister."
If they want to ruin her reputation,then why can't she do the same.
"You are angry because your fiance got married to..." Shine interrupted him.
"Oh...are you trying to say that my sister married to a person who was still engaged to her sister ..and do you think my parents will allow this happily. Are you retard." Shine harrumphed.
That guest closed his mouth to avoid further speaking. Her parents face paled.
Seeing Reporters were recording everything,Her father pulled her towards him,and harshly spoke.
"What do you want?"
"Compensation."
"How much compensation do you want,tell me.And after receiving it,get the hell out of here...never to show your face again."
"Let me say Clearly..Dad...I want an apology as a compensation from all of you." Shine looked at her parents,Lexi,Noah and his parents.
Chapter 17: Every words come to bite them
"Are you crazy? why would we apologise to you?it is just a small matter." Mr. Wood said coldly.
"If it is a small matter then why are you afraid.People don't care about small things.so let them know everything."
Shine put a bright smile on her face which irritated her father more.He just wanted to strangle this girl in front of him.
She Clearly wanted to humiliated them.
"why did you give that ring to your sister as a gift. You should've bought some other gift ." Her mother whispered but her voice came from gritted teeth.
"Oh...my apology.I went to buy something good,but I remembered that I didn't get any pocket money from you for five years.so couldn't buy anything." Shine said with a look of helplessness.
Her parents mouth twitched.
Now It was their fault again.
Why is everything from her mouth comes back to bite them.
"You should've informed us before,so we could've prepared any present in advance."
"My mobile couldn't get through yours.And Your guards were outside to block me."She shrugged her shoulders.
"And this ring wasn't bad.It was personally given by Mr. Noah at his engagement,so it should be expensive.By giving this expensive item as a gift, it won't damage your reputation.so don't have to worry."
Not worry,why wouldn't they.
This ring was not only from groom's previous engagement,but it wasn't that expensive.It was just a small sized gold ring.
Which rich businessman would give such simple ring to her fiance at his engagement?
so by showing it this time,it was like giving a slap on their faces.
