Chapter 3: Chapter 3 : Urge to protect her
Mo Han rushed out in time to catch her before she collapsed completely on the ground. He pulled her motionless body into his warm embrace. Xiao Yanxi's beautiful face was pale and her heart was beating extremely fast. With Xiao Yanxi in his arms, he attempted to reach the remote to call for help. He couldn't reach it with this woman in his arms. He attempted until his finger tips slightly touched the remote and then it fell onto the ground and shattered. The batteries scurried across the hospital room.
Mo Han had reached the end of his patience. He tried so hard to control his feeling of pity and the restrain to pull her into his embrace and never let go of this stubborn woman. He was on the ground because of her overreaction. She had hurt her self until losing conscience. And here he was, in the middle of a large VIP hospital room with a delicate woman who he had just found and no way to call for help. Even if he tried calling for a nurse, the suite was secluded from the main elevators or any help.. since the patients privacy was the most important.
" Wake up, Come one Xiao Yanxi wake up." Mo Han tried calling her and lightly grazing her face so that she could regain conscience but nothing worked. She let out a shiver that shook her whole body. The ground that they were laying on was extremely cold. Her whole leg had been exposed on the cold flooring revealing her creamy white legs. Mo Han caught sight of her thigh and tried to look away. He was still man after all and there was nothing under this hospital gown. He tried his best to avoid any sensitive areas.
He has never felt this before, the urge to take care and protect a woman. With his good looks, many women always tried to seduce him and flirt with him. They always clinged to his side, but Xiao Yanxi was different. She didn't ask about his background, she didn't seem interested in marrying him. This drew him towards her. No one had ever not given him attention. Now that Mo Han looked at her she was extremely beautiful. Her face was now surprisingly pale but that didn't distinguish her eye catching features, the one he liked to look at the best was her mouth that was plump and full, which in his eyes was extremely seductive.
He had enough of this, any longer and he might actually be attached and to think of it, his mind was already acting weird and dragging him towards this mysterious woman.
" mmm..." Xiao Yanxi murmured under her breath. She has the biggest headache that trailed her temples. Her body was weak and her thigh was sending stinging pricks to her whole body.
Mo Han finnaly recovered from his thoughts when he heard her, so he grabbed onto her arms and legs. He lifted Xiao Yanxi onto the hospital bed and suddenly ran out to call the nurse.

When Xiao Yanxi woke up she had a IV drip into her left arm. Now that she noticed her arm was filled with purple and green bruises from all the injections they made on her. She looked around the room and Mo Han was no where to be seen. Not even the documents or his coat. They were all gone along with him.
