Mana looked at the summary of her time in Hero's Chronicle. And then the chapters from start to finish.
"Elfin, you did well in the beginning but what was the point of the system, I barely used it, nor did it mean much it might as well have been useless. Especially the use of elements, I didn't see anything about the elements the system didn't even show it or explain them…." She continued to criticize.
"However, I suppose the cheat did well. So, we can keep that…mmm…. We will reset the world" She is reaching into the fountain and pulling out a book with the golden letters 'Hero's Chronicle' written on it. She opened the lettering and with a lightly touched it before opening and erased the words written within in it.
"The creator of the game, died at the peak of its popularity" Mana smiled and stood up, a pair of Glasses appeared in her hand. She put them on and her whole appearance changed. She now had short-hair and Is wearing a Japanese schoolgirls uniform. She looked like some kind of middle school nerd.
What do you plan to do?
"Is it not obvious I am going to meet a mortal so I must suppress my powers a bit."
The Ord started to glow as darkness filled the place instead of light. Mana still had the book in her hand
"It was a good life" Mana heard the voice of a Women.
"Yes, it was a good life," Mana said "But, is that all you want, is your heart really fulfill" she giggled.
"Who…. Who are you?"
"I think you know that already, So, why waste time to explain" Mana clapped her hands and the all too familiar grassy plain by the Hall estate appeared.
A three-year-old Glass Hall was staring back at her in surprise as she was lying on the grass. Mana smiled once again.
"A gift for the unfulfilled heart, your dream may have been realized. But your regrets still linger. Take this time Mortal. And bask in your Creation, since this world was built by you and remains for you."
Mana disappeared quickly before the girl realized it, she was back in the fountain room and off took of her glasses. She is returning to her original appearance.
Glass as taken the book to the podium by the side as a golden Pen apprehended and began the story of Hero's Chronicle once more.
Mana Looked rather satisfied with herself she had always loved it when a new story began.
"Where, Should I go next," Mana said as she placed near the fountain and played with its water spinning it around. As Images flashed by at a rapid speed within the ripples. And then stopped when she found the world she wanted to go to next. Mana signaled for Elfin to start the process.
Elfin began to glow but dimed.
"Rose" Mana said as she turned her head to the side. A young woman with black hair and brown eyes was leaning against the entrance to the heart's library with a book in hand.
"Tulip has left"
"I know," Mana said
Rose walked toward her and sat down on the fountain next to her mother. "Do you want me to bring her back."
"No" Mana signed as she landed against her hand "It's her time to find herself."
"It will be a cruel destiny indeed."
"…" Mana was silent before she looked at the book in Mana's hand. "You usually hide that from me, are you going to let go."
"I hide it because of your tendency to mess around with things."
"I can't finish Faith, she is still in the place was Lily left her. A Husk without a soul, she is unnatural to the world as is. I left that body alone because of you and Lily, but its been long enough and Lily has long let it go."
"….."
"Rose, Camelot has always been destined to be destroyed extending its safety won't stop it."
"I suppose old sentiments are unnecessary for a god," she said simply
"Rose you have been a god for so long, and you think like that.
Emotions and Memories are the most important thing to us gods." Mana took the book from Rose's hand and embraced her.
"Elfin" Rose signed.
As the Orb glowed brightly and the area around them disappeared. They were now in a broken unkept mausoleum with a field of flowers penetrating it. Rose had put Mana in a full embrace as she looked at her father's grave in front of her.
