Ferlin's Mage Academy, is the largest founding school in Hero's Chronicle, accepting students from all over the world. The academy resides on a massive island known as Haiti that sits between the five continents; Arcadia, Loosvelt, Ranvu, Ooedo, Reol. It only takes the top 200 students every year, with a 10% graduation rate. This prestigious school wants the best of the best as merely graduating will set you up for life. Its mention in Hero's Chronicle, however, the game doesn't give the player access to the academy.
It's definitely unlike Ithacan's Academy for Young Nobles.
The glass is sitting down in a vast stadium filled with students that come to about 3000; she is relaxingly reading a book called "Mystery of Siti" she was nearly finished with it.
Rain is sitting to the right of her sleeping while is Fiddling a pen.
They weren't the only ones from Arcadian Continent; there were others. However, they weren't much to remember.

The examinees are doing the element testing with a crystal ball, similar to the one Glass used when she was three.
"Next…. Next…. Next" was what could be heard from the instructors, while there were whispers amongst the students.
She read the last page and closed the book before standing up as she walked down the steps. For the whole time, she had already gotten the attention of the other examinees as many light blushes from both the
male and female participants came here way.
Glass had always believed she would have gotten used to the stares since she has so many Allys(Fans) in Ithacan. Speaking of Ithacan, she wondered how Tally was doing with all the work she left for him to do. But he should be fine, Afterall she left him a pair of glasses to use if he gets overworked.
As for the neutral faction, it had expanded to the degree that now the other two factions can't ignore it.
'I think I just gained the title of top beauty' Glass thought
"Next," the instructor said as Glass walked towards the crystal ball as she touched it. For a moment he was also entranced at the be beauty in front of him, a bright glowing light dimed as a dark color intertwined with it which brought back his attention. Glass had her eye on the instructor the whole time judging him as he and the other instructors looked at the ball in astonishment.
"Next," He said reluctantly as Glass walked away, and Henry stepped up and Rain, Glass signed and shocked her head, they had to wait another 30 minutes before they could continue with the exam. The results were what she expected; too many were dropped because the glow of their element wasn't strong enough. Now there are only 732 examinees left out of the 3000 that came.
Only Glass, Rain, and Henry remained from the Arcadia Continent.
The remaining students were brought to a large arena.
"You are all gonging to group up in teams of three or five. Once you have your group, you are going to into this portal with your group. When you make it back out, we will tell you if you passed for failed is everyone clear." An instructor said
The large number of students started to pair up. Glass already her group so they were the first to walk into the portal.
"Seriously a volcano" Rain was the first one to say anything as the portal closed behind them and the blazing heat spewed. He and Henry crushed a red bead, and Glass didn't need to do so as she stayed quiet.
"This volcano has magical energy," Henry said.
"Because it was built by someone."
"Huh?!" Both Henry and Rain looked at Glass.
"This Volcano is a nest."
"A Nest?"
"What kind of Beast would need three Volcanos for a nest."
"..." Glass stared into space before she brought out Satusko "We should get going" and she started moving forward.
"Do you know what we should be doing?" Rain asked
"No Clue" she responded back "However, judging from the fact that the instructors didn't mention it, they may not have a clue either."
"Now that I think about that seemed to be the case, since they lazed about during the first exam."
"Yeah it felt like they weren't actually testing us."
"it's because they weren't."
Rumble
The ground started to shake. However, it didn't shock the three of them as they continued moving forward.
"Speaking of, I only met three of them," Glass said
"Meet who"
"I always wondered when I would run into the last one."
"Hey, look guys" A vulgar man voice rang out behind them.
"Is this who you meant" Rain asked sarcastically with a smile. Glass returned his statement with an expressionless face.
The vulgar lead a group of other vulgar people toward them somewhere carrying the corpse of former examinees.
"They dead already, it hasn't even been ten min?utes" Henry said
"Did you guys torture them?" Rain said shaking "Inhumane bastards should die" he didn't waste no time taking out his daggers as he took the leaders head off in an instant in a rage. Glass not in the mood to see a bloody scene look up toward the tallest volcano.
The group of bandits were shocked as their leader's head fell into the volcano. Rain kicked the body into the volcano. Despite being in a rage, he still remembers that Glass hates gruesome scenes.
"They didn't even get to put up a fight" Henry said as he watched Rain slaughter the group of bandits and then dumped, they're into the volcano.
Rain walked back muttering to himself. What he had been through when he was younger is a terrible curse that will never go away, I seem.
Rumble, more quakes began. Making Rain snap out of his trance.
"these quakes aren't nature are they," Henry said.
"No" Glass said and started moving forward when Rain collected himself. Stairs came into view behind a rock.
"Stairs?"
"They are manmade"
"I thought these volcanos where made by the beats, began how."
"A bandit hangout lives in the second volcano, when they settled here, they must have built them." Glass said walking up the stairs.
"Can I take them on?" Henry asked "Rain didn't leave any for me back there"
"Hey"
"Do what you want, they are weak anyway" Glass said making Henry smile as he ran past her.
"Hey, you aren't getting all of them" Rain said as he chased after Henry. Both racing at such great speed, Glass thought to herself for a moment.
'They must be happy Ithacan didn't really provide them enough playtime with their skills.'
Glass took her time walking up the long steps as she took the whole scenery. When she got high enough, she saw that they weren't on an island no more. The three volcanos are attached to each other, and the stairs only goes up to the second volcano. The third volcano is the highest
When she caught up with Henry and Rain all the bandits where slaughter and they were dumping the bodies into the volcano. As they wanted to clean up after themselves before Glass got there. But she paid them no mind as she was fixated on the tallest volcano.
"I'm going on ahead" She said using telepathy before jumping up to rocks that would help her get to the tallest volcano. Inside the tallest volcano there was a platform. A golden egg lays comfortably on its surface, close by its mother's majestic wings
The Vermillion Bird, Suzaku
Out of all the creature she had ever come across the vermillion bird has always been her favorite. If the dragon means prideful arrogance, then the phoenix means noble arrogance.
However….
The phoenix bird screamed, and the earth trembled joining its fury.
'This would have been a beautiful scene, if the egg still had life' Glass thought Sadly as she got ready to face Suzaku. That was starting to come after her in a fury when it caught sight of her.
"You killed my Child" Suzaku started screaming madly as its body burst into flames and fire spewed from its mouth like a gushing spring. The magma rose and formed into a perfectly shaped cage that meant to imprison both it and Glass inside.
'Suzaku is stronger than even Seiryu' The prideful dragon might not like that comment.
Glass had cut through multiple flames without a scratch as she wonders how she should end this. Suzaku just lost her child and no one really ever comes back from that. Afterall she knows the pain the comes with from losing a child better than anyone. Nothing she says will make it better for her, the only other choice is to let it sleep for good.
'Since that's the case'
Glass put Satusko away and closed her eyes as a bright started to emanate from her and covered the entire cage.
Whimpering, Glass looked at the sobbing women on the ground.
"it's not fair, why did my child have to die like this" she said her red hair that glistened to grow duller with each passing moment.
"Because its fate"
"Fate, Fate, then it is a cruel fate. Did I deserve something like this. For thousands of years I worked hard. Yet, all my effort wasn't important, I was cast out from the heavens and then had to lose my own child…."
"Fate is a cruel mistress." Glass but her off as she came upon the women and used her hand to cover her eyes. The women started seeing images, and silent tears started to fall.
"My Child"
"But just because fate is cruel doesn't me it will always be. Your child will live many lifetimes, experience many things."
Glass could see the women lips quiver more but did not say anything.
"So, sleep and rest easy and believe that one day you'll meet again.... I know I do."
