Zoe wakes up for the new day, telling herself to get up since it is finally Friday. She wakes up taking a glance at the picture of all her friends that was placed on the cabinet, looking at Zane whom is with Dwayne in the picture. She had a little crush on him that she never told anyone and is afraid to propose to him. She sighs, hoping to get him later on. She quickly gets down to the dining table in her orange dress where her mother was making breakfast. Her father fiddling with the remote until he reaches the news channel which showed off the battle which took place at the beach. In the footage shown, Zoe quickly spots Dwayne and Shelly fighting that monster. She looks at her phone, the class chat group is going mad over what had happened. Worried for her safety, she messages her only getting a reply that she is very fine. She starts to get more worried. She knows Shelly isn't fine since from her friendship at high school, she is known to hide her emotions from others. "You know what Kathryn, if I was that guy and that girl, I would use more bigger guns." (Her dad works at a gun shop) Her Dad said as her mum frown. " Daniel as much I appreciate your enthusiasm in weapons, I feel there could me more diplomatic ways to do it, besides this is a bit of a battle between two alien races..... better not to intervene." She said as Zoe quickly rushed her breakfast before heading to school.
At school she goes through the corridors where many were talking about that event, a year one student went to ask her about Shelly but was disappointed with her vague response. As she entered the class. She sees Zane fiddling with his pencil, her mind starts to go wild. She yearns to ask him and for him to accept her love but is afraid to do so. Sitting back down, she looks at Zane for a moment before taking her stuff out for the next class. Suddenly she hears a gunshot and screams coming from the corridors. Russo was seen running across the corridors and into her classes, asking them to lock the doors and not attract attention as he rushes to the other classes. The students quickly locked the doors and waited under their tables. The school suddenly becomes quiet. "Great this place is now the scene of terror just like in every other American school shootings." She thought to herself as she hears a conversation from the other side. "You take this room, I'll take the other." Footsteps were heard as gunshots rang throughout the corridors as the locks break. The door is kicked open as a bald man in a black suit comes in, he was delighted to start killing with two pistols drawn at the ready, "The targets are in this room!" The other students start to scream as Zoe realizes that the pistols were aimed at both her and Zane. She closes her eyes, unsure of her fate as she fears how the afterlife is like. Suddenly he screams as he is impaled by a weird object as he falls to his knees. The other men try to come to his aid but fell soon after. She opens her eyes surprised by her appearance, "Shelly?!?"
"Look there is no time, I need both you and Zane to come with me, you both are being hunted and killed, also here is a gift from me, Zoe." Shelly persuaded the both as they quickly get their stuff and followed her, Zoe amazed that she got a baseball bat. The baseball bat was glittering with the bat having a sharp tip. Her classmates were getting more confused than ever. The corridors were covered with smoke and litter as they quickly get to the exit nearby. More reinforcements appeared with one tries to use a smoke grenade, but all were eliminated. The body count rising as they made a run for it. They were so close to the exit when they came face to face with SWAT. "Put your hands in the air and surrender now! There is no escape!" A guy at the front screamed as Zane observed to see 3 helicopters above. All of which arming their weapons. "How about you all fuck off!" More limbs come out from her back as they fired. The duo hiding in debris. One guy spots them and starts shooting. "Not so fast." A male voice is heard as the guy gets played around like a toy doll after being stabbed by a hand extending out from her back. He is then thrown onto a helicopter, sending it cascading down onto the ground. The men were wiped out with two helicopters left. They dodged their fire as a brown, jacked-up Mercedes Sprinter, featuring a bullbar and several spotlights pull up at the driveway. "Don't ask me how I got this van, just get in." He shouts as he turned his arms into a rocket launcher, shooting through both helicopters as a massive explosion is seen.
"Whoa how did you get those superpowers?" Zane curiously asked as he entered. The van is glittery with as mounted gun turret at the back, he looks at the cockpit to see Dwayne shoes seemingly attached by a black goopy extension cord as he steps on the accelerator. "It's a long story." Shelly intervenes as Zoe spots several police cars and more Jeep Trackhawks chasing after them. "Stay low!" She shouts at the pair as she mounted the gun turret. The platform is raised as the roof collapses. "Holy Shit." A henchman said as he and the others are shot at by a van with a gun turret. Most of the shots missing with some lucky shots at the tyres. "Where do we go now?" Zoe asked Dwayne as he does some risky manoeuvres in heavy traffic, ramming other vehicles as they made their escape. "We are going to rescue your parents as they are both targeted as well." He calmly told them as he rams a police car into oncoming traffic.
Several miles away, Daniel unlocks the family store as they starts up their business, Lock'n Load. His business has been fruitful ever since he and his wife opened it's doors featuring all sorts of body armor and weapons. She check the cashier and he cleaned the guns as they wait for customers. Suddenly two men in black suits draws out a Benelli M4 and SAR 21, pointed at the couple. He quickly draws his StG 44 in defense which he was cleaning. "What the fuck do you want?!?" He armed his gun, knowing that he is outnumbered since his wife doesn't know how to shoot despite her vast knowledge. "You are coming with us. Your daughter had did some bad things tod-" One of the guys spoke to him before they were unexpected met with a baseball bat from the back, knocking them out spontaneously. "Ouch." His wife said as he spots Zoe holding a baseball bat. "What happened to you?!?" He rushed to her as he hugged her, knowing that she is alright. His wife joined soon after, nearly crying from whatever that had happened. "Sorry to disturb you but you guys need to leave, your being hunted down." Dwayne persuades them as they get up. "But why?" Kathryn asked as Shelly responded, "Because she was friends with me and unfortunately the only friend I had. I somehow managed to get some sort of slimy creature in me which they are trying to capture and so they want to kill me and all associated with me, they already killed my parents so if you please." "I'm sorry for your loss." Daniel said as Dwayne comes in, "Oh yeah, can we use the weapons that you have?" He points to the weapons mounted on the wall as he sees the both nod in agreement. Dwayne and Shelly quickly looted to place with all the weapons, ammo and armor as Zane escorts Zoe's family back into a UPS van. "What's with all these burnt-out cars?" Kathryn asked, spotting several police vehicles burning out. "Don't... ask..." Zane quickly persuaded them into the van as he comes to help out with his friends on the weapons stashed. As they entered the van, the family feels the car rise as glitter start to sparkle around the van, a turret appearing at the back of the vehicle as Daniel gets amazed by its size. "Zane do you know where your father is at?" Dwayne asked. "I know where he is alright." Zane pulls out his phone, showing off a red dot near the Arkansas Army Camp.
