Dwayne usually remembers the place usually was bustling with life at night, many would come by here to its night clubs and bars. He heard how his dad met his mom and proposed to her here. The place would also often be filled with joyous memories by many. But today was different, it felt as though the whole world stopped spinning. He turn back his attention to the giant monstrosity Bryony calls Chomp. He knows that there are many cops waiting to shoot them and innocent bystanders nearby and the only way out is through him. He knows from Bryony that he has many weapons but wonders who would start first.
Just then Chomp yelled as it threw an orange sports car at them, barely missing Dwayne as Shelly pulled him out of his dream world. The car skidded into the damaged Subway and exploded. "No my car!!!!" Jason yells in sadness as policemen start scrambling to pull them out of the scene. Chomp turned both his hands into mini guns, trying to target Dwayne and Shelly but turned his attention to other policemen when one shot him in the head. The policemen gulped as they continued to shoot back using the given acid laced ammunition at that being, unsure of his capabilities. Just then one gets shot by him in the head. He starts to feel a burning sensation as he screams in pain but it all became muffled as the slime quickly crushed his head from the inside, splattering around the other scared men bone pieces and blood. This time some fearing for their lives, ran away from the scene, but were still mowed down by Chomp. With Chomp being distracted, Dwayne leveled some slabs to form a wall. Look Shelly I'm not sure if you know anything related to fighting, but if you don't stay here. She watches as Dwayne transformed his hammer into two missile launchers, launching rockets as Chomp got even more annoyed.
"Look Hektor I don't wanna fight..." Shelly clumps herself into a ball as she laid next to the makeshift wall. "Shelly listen to me, I understand what you are coming from, besides I was only just born 2 days ago. But I suggest you fight. You wanna settle things more diplomatically don't you?" Shelly shakes her head with a nod, "but the world we live in isn't always like that. If we don't fight, who is going to listen to us? Who is gonna finally know about the governments evil acts of slaughter?" She listen as she sees Dwayne being pinned down. His blades protecting himself as Chomp tries to deal a final blow, his face spells out desperation as he tries to ask her to escape. Just then several men in place pulled the guns on her. "Where do you think of going? Surrender now!" She closes her eyes, leaking out tears as she remembers how her parents constantly forced her to do things without her approval nor given free time to herself. And now she contemplates on the idea of the government trapping her before killing her off just like her parents and all the other animals. Animals they are.
"NEVER!!!!"
She screams in anger as several slimes poke out from her body. The edges were quickly turned into spears as it speared through the men. Tearing some of them in half in the process she then quickly tripped Chomp over as he fell on his back. She quickly uprooted several trees as she ignited them before throwing them along the road, blocking the path for the authorities. Jason and his friends watched as civilian and emergency vehicles were crushed, resulting in a massive inferno. "Aw man, looks like we got thrown out of the party." He watches his phone as he stops the live stream, seeing how over 1 million are viewing his stream when his friend appeared, "What are we gonna do now?" He thinks to himself for some time before replying, "Dunno..." Just then his colleagues appeared. "Jason why are you here?" Jaclyn asks as he walks over to them, "I found some footage, you mind interviewing me don't you?" He hands over the phone to them as they see the footage. Jaclyn grinning as she agreed to do so.
Dwayne watches in amazement as a groaning Chomp got himself back up more angry than ever readying to strike him when Shelly's slime slammed him into a nearby building, tearing off several floors as he collided. People there were freaking out, trying to get out of the building. Just then he found the perfect moment. "The pathway is cleared!" He yells to notify Shelly as she continued to deal damage to Chomp. They eventually slid into their escape path, a drain, as Chomp realized what they were doing. He tries to shrink down to slide in but was too late when a helicopter showed up. "Fire at will!" His partner hears the message as he shoots 4 acid missiles at a push of button on his joystick as it accelerated towards him. Striking him with deadly accuracy, the acidic air covered his sight as he fell to his knees. "Arrrgggghhhh!" He screams as he returns back to normal, his body hardening into stone,as men surrounded him.
"Shit!" Mr L. Dwayne said in his office, slamming hard on the table and monitors as a disappointed Katz slid out of his chest, "You stated how you plan always worked didn't you?" "Look Katz it was just only a minor mis..argh!!!"Mr L. Cambridge pleaded with her when she started tearing his organs apart. "I had tolerated you for long enough! I always knew you as an ambitious, power hungry man who would get things done. Looks like your just like the other foolish apes!" Just as she finished talking, his mouth started to bleed as his veins glowed in a pink hue. Eventually his eyes went completely white as she took over, his eyes returning to its original self with the killing complete. "With him out off the way, it's about time we avenge Chomp." She in the form of Mr. L Cambridge said as she pulled out a glass jar with a handle, it was filled with yellow slime from the cabinet. It wiggled around as he covered him with a black blanket, before taking tinted glasses from underneath his drawer. Informing the guards to quickly prepare his ride as he heads out.
"Eww that was disgusting!" Shelly cried out as they head out from the toilet. They had managed to turn into slime and slid their way to a nearby lookout point several kilometers away. "Well at least we managed to escape." Bryony said as they both agreed. "With that said you did well!" Dwayne complimented her as she thanked him, heading to another place to rest as Dwayne sat down at a bench overlooking the city, smoke still billowing out of the several buildings that were destroyed in the fight. He then asks Bryony, "Why do we need her anyway and what are you going to do next?"
"We need her for something important." She looks around, seeing Shelly trying to cook her meal with hot water from the water cooler and a house nearby fenced out from the public. She grinned as she spots an old, yellow classic sports car in there.
