The Zhou clan being one of the great powers had several rank 1 Martial Cultivators. The way to determine whether or not Great powers are the number of Martial Cultivators and Magus, The requirement for an organization or clan to be considered Great Power is to have 10 Rank 1 Martial Cultivator / Magus members and have a Tier 4 (Blue) Item. The Zhou clan is a clan focused on Martial Cultivation thus having 14 ranks 1 Martial Cultivator and having 3 Tier 4 items if it were compared to other Great Powers could be considered rich and strong.
