Yeah, he was really flying! The old man, floating in the air a meter from the ground, wearing daily modern clothes and also with cute kitty ears.
"You called me, senior?" Yun gave the safest answer to this flying cat-eared man, whom he didn't know how to call.
"Hmm. Do you live here?"
Yun answered with a pokerface, "Yes, Senior. I live and work in this city. Do you have a request?"
Despite the funny appearance of the old man, he shamelessly walked towards Yun. Oh no, pardon! He flew towards Yun.
As they got closer, Yun began to see things more clearly. The old man had a little girl on his back. She was a 5-6 year old sweety and she was looking around with interest. The important detail was this child was also wearing the same "cute cat ears" the old man wore.
"These days, I'm planning to travel around here with my granddaughter. But we'r looking for a comfortable place to rest, also somewhere we can eat and drink easily. Ah lastly, a place which we wouldn't be disturbed.

Yun suddenly looked at the people who kept walking around them, as well as other normal humans walking far away. They didn't show any interest or signs of seeing this flying man!
Indeed, like in da books, normal people could not see this old wizard!
"Senior. When I want to relax, I usually go to the little café at the beginning of this street. I drink tea of that place. "Its name is Central Perk*. They make the best tea and coffee in the Changzhou. It is clean and quiet. Ah also there is free wifi."

Yun sighed and gathered all the information about the technology and its development over the past 20 years inside his head. Lately, he had seen so many famous people making Tedx talks or similar things. So he was more comfortable and knowledgeable about making a speech. He was ready to begin his speech with a happy hearth. Finally his hard work would make a good result..
"Wait it is just a joke! I know what wifi is. I fooled you, young magician. I've been in the cultivation for the past week, I obviously know what wifi is. You thought I have been in cultivation for years right? Hahaha..."
Yun didn't know what to do between crying and laughing. With the old man's smile, his granddaughter also began laughing. The two seemed to get along very well.

The old man flew so fast that his voice left a strange echo in the air. It was a ridiculous and unexpected experience.

Yun walked for ten minutes to enter the library.
Just as he was about to enter, he saw a fairly large crowd running into the library. These people with cameras and microphones barricaded in front of the front doors and sent a few people in.
Yun didn't mind and walked in quietly.
He went upstairs after giving his books with his id from an automatic machine. After going to the highest floor he started to check out books and find something interesting. This floor had the oldest and most scientific materials in the library. So Yun just started to walk between thick book shelves.
Actually new libraries or new systems in almost every libraries were againts this old shelves. There would be computers in the ground floors and people would check the books in their interest from those machines.
But Yun didn't know what to expect or read nowadays. So he had to walk randomly and hope to find something interesting.
He was alone in this section. Even his footsteps were loud.
This place was very huge. Also it was the place which has the very technical books in it. There was no reason for normal casual readers to to come here, as well as normal students and employees wouldn't even come to this floor.
Yun quietly started to look at the topics or titles of books. In some cases he just read a page or looked at inside of scientific magazines. In some magazines there were famous people's faces on them.
After a while, he forgot where he was and then began to compare Kelewan and the deficiencies there and the books here.
He took up matters of every aspect, as if he was an important scientist who was starting a large technological project. Yun thought and wiped some of his ideas off from the idea pool. He also didn't take the books of the difficult subjects. The easy things were just perfect for the current Kelewan which has a low technology level.
The end result was really humiliating. The two last project were just "toilet construction" and "simple plantation".
If only a little modern touch would come to a magical world, Yun could only go on with these two issues.
Unlike "sci-fi or fantasy novels" which people really like to read nowadays, doing something from nothing was almost impossible. Even the cement project was purely thanks to their luck. In this stage, more research was needed for every basic issue.
"Hey .." A small whisper could be heard from behind him. Soft and skinny hand touched his shoulder. Yun raised his hands and threw up his fists to air. He threw down the books to the ground without thinking.
"COME!!!"
He was ready to punch or just defend againts evil or joker magicians. Half an hour ago, after that funny old guy, Yun was a little paranoiac.
But she was just a teenager common across the streets. She had a stylish hat on her head, a slim blouse on top and a mini short under her. She was defenseless and fragile. Even the girl was afraid with Yun's punches and sudden scary reaction.
"..."
Yun reached for his books on the ground, while eliminating the fists he just showed. He also tried to apologize. "I'm sorry. I'm very full these days. Sometimes I even forget where I am." The words spilled quickly, and Yun looked into her eyes while waiting.

His anticipated eyes patiently waited for the girl to say what she was gonna say at first. But the girl was hesitating and weighing Yun through her eyes .
"I guess I scared you. It's okey if you don't want to tell me something anymore. Well, see you and sorry again."
Yun turned around, thinking she was scared, and walked with books he decided to borrow for this week. Also he remembered the usb Wang Meng gave him. Tonight he decided to check what strange porn or movie was inside it. After the game surprise, he lost all the probabilities of magic related secrets.
He was sighing because of that fake game surprise, when he heard the girl who ran after him.
Something strange's going to happen, right? Probably this girl was a sorceress or the last survivor of a sect who was in trouble..etc.
Yun suddenly filled with expectation. It was normal as he began to see sorcerers lately. But when he turned around, he saw the girl was taking out her phone as stick it out of her pocket.
"Can I add you in Wechat?"
Ha! This girl confess to me, Na-a impossible?
Yun was instantly got excited. For the first time a girl was finally approaching him. He just thought of all the bad possibilities. But he never thought of the possibility of love.
"Also, would you like to spend some time with me tonight... Of course, If you don't have anything to do?"
HA!!!!
Yun was dying of excitement. His brain and mouth were not working at that moment of surprise.
Yun looked at the books in his own hands then his body under the gaze of a cute girl. He even chected the way she looks and double checked she was talking with him(?)
"With me! Are you sure?"
