Chapter 8: Isn't CEO Li complaining?
The next morning, when Zhang Lihua woke up, she realized that Li Cheng was no longer on the bed and she couldn't hear the sound of water pouring in the bathroom.
Could he had gone to work so early. This is just 7am.
Li Cheng woke up by 5:30am. After taking his bath, he didn't eat anything, he just dressed up and headed for work.
Zhang Lihua took her bath and prepared little noodles. After she finished eating, she dressed up and called her assistant.
Her assistant, Xu Chunhua had a jovial personality. She was 24 years old, she was older than Zhang Lihua with a few months. She liked to go on outings and she was in love with fashion. She wasn't good in keeping relationships with her opposite sex.
"Xu Chunhua"
"Our Lady Boss, how is the honeymoon going?" Xu Chunhua happy voice rang through the other side of the phone.
Zhang Lihua giggled slightly."I didn't call you for that, am resuming work today so I want you to call Manager Ling and inform her that am returning to the company today"
Xu Chunhua was confused when she heard her.
"But I thought you are still on your honeymoon. Isn't CEO Li complaining?"
"He doesn't mind, just do what I asked you do, am on my way to the company. I will see you when I get there"
Before Xu Chunhua could say anything, she realized that Zhang Lihua had hanged up.
Zhang Lihua picked up her bag and car keys. When she came out, two bodyguards were already waiting for her besides her car. She wanted to send them back but she knew that they were not going to allow her go out on her own. One of the bodyguards took her car keys and headed for the driver's seat while the other bodyguard opened the door for her to get in.

It was already 9am when Zhang Lihua arrived. All the staffs looked at her direction. She was dressed in a simple black fitted gown and wore a high heels that was about 6-8 centimetres long. Her makeup was light and didn't park her hair. Some of the staffs whispered among themselves.
"Isn't that Zhang Lihua? The model who just got married to CEO Li"
"She's the one, I thought she was supposed to be on her honeymoon"
"I think CEO Li is concerned about her career, that was why he allowed her to come back to work"
"Such a loving husband, I really wish CEO Li was mine"
"She looks so beautiful unlike before, I guess marriage has helped to increase her beauty"
"Which girl wouldn't get beautiful if she's married to CEO Li"
