"Third POV"
"Hello students, My name is Hiruko. today I will assist teacher Juckle in your class exam for who will and won't be a genin." the newly identified Hiruko introduced himself.
Kyoshi was speechless. The ramification of hiruko's presence gave kyoshi a different method to power once again. Though his power was already more than he needed for current timeline, kyoshi could not say no to obvious addition to his arsenal.
He snapped out of his thoughts to greet the new teacher like the rest of the class to which Hiruko just smiled softly. If kyoshi didnot know what type of person Hiruko was, he definitely would have fallen for the innocent act.
'Let's leave it for later. now that I know the movie universe and anime universe has been United. I could slowly process all the movies plot slowly.' he thought.' for now let's focus on passing the test with average results.'
The teacher Juckle as if to complete his thoughts, started the exam. He ushered the class outside for marksmanship and taijutsu evaluation. The class followed him outside and stood around him to listen to instructions.
"so class, the marksmanship test will be done before the taijutsu test. The rules are, each student will be given ten shuriken and kunai each. to pass this test atleast half of kunai and shuriken must hit the target. your markings will be based on one to ten for each. additional points will be given for bullseye in final markings."
"Now come forward as I call the names as per register."
Juckle then called minato forward as he was currently too of the class. Minato stepped forward receiving kunai and shuriken. after Juckle called him to start, minato threw the shuriken first one by one. the shuriken curved in air following a trajectory, most of them hit dead center while some littered around the bullseye. the teacher marked down his result and asked him to follow up with kunai throwing.
This time minato took three kunai in each hand projected them at the same time.
all the kunai struck the center of the target while minato threw remaining four similarly hitting center as well. kyoshi expected as much seeing as he knew minato's talent was pretty high getting chosen as fourth over orochimaru in the future.
all of the people clapped at his performance as kyoshi found unnatural glow in hiruko's eyes like he was looking at a juicy piece of meat. kyoshi was glad that those gaze were not aimed at him but still couldnot help shivering slightly at those pedo- eyes.
The commotion finished as the teacher called Fugaku who swaggered to the front with his nose up in the air showing superiority over others.
atleast that's what kyoshi felt Fugaku was trying to do, to him it looked like a 🦆 duck with his mannerism. it was pretty funny to kyoshi but the fangirls around him thought differently as his eardrums were almost blown by all the screeching.
Kyoshi grumbled under his breath as he saw Fugaku take his set of kunai and shuriken and steeped toward the targets. Fugaku took a slightly crouching stance and threw the shuriken three in each hand.
the shuriken whistled in the wind as they thunked on the wood of the target. the instructor marked his score down and urged Fugaku for the kunai throw.
Fugaku again took his stance and threw the kunai, hitting multiple bullseye but not all. he was called back as his score noted and another student was called forward.
The test went on as kushina, mikoto and Hisane got their turn. kushina did well on her kunai test but only got passing mark in shuriken while mikoto got good score on both tests. Hisane got average score for both tests but she didnot look too stressed about it, probably with her not needing such skill in the future.
my turn came after few filler characters of whom I didnot even the face of. I stepped forward and received the weapons and threw them one by one. I hit good numbers of bullseye as well as around the target, putting me slightly above kushina's score while below mikoto's.
after me, Inoichi was called. shikaku and chouza followed right after him. Inoichi and shikaku did pretty well while chouza also got average score with shuriken and slightly above in kunai. Inoichi and chouza looked happy about it while shikaku bored as always.
The test ended after that and taijutsu test was initiated. the male and female students were in differentiated in separate groups. the test was in a matchup based elimination round with the teacher marking down according to skills he saw. most of the civilians brawled like kids in the ring but some showed good understanding of academy style.
The clan children fought based on their own techniques. the final matchup was between minato and Fugaku as expected while in female group it was kushina and mikoto. Hisane did well for the most part but not being able to use gentle fist with chakra was her weak point and ultimately lost to kushina with her uzumaki stamina.
I decidedly gave up after good rank as I didn't want to beat up kids anyway. with my skills and having gone toe to toe with multiple kage, this was child's play for me literally.
we returned back to classroom where Hiruko was waiting for us. After the students returned, instructor began to explain next portion of test.
"So, good work all of you in previous tests. you all did well, we will start next portion of the test after lunch break which will be three academy jutsu. these are essential in your life ahead and may even save your life in a pinch. other than that, we will also test survival jutsus as well."
The class burst in noise as students gave various reactions after listening about next test. some groaned while others cheered loudly.
"Silence, that is all for now. this will be your final test to graduate from academy, those who fail can try again next year. good luck to all of you, do your best." Juckle finished and exited the classroom, Hiruko followed making idle conversation with him. the rest of the class trickled out to the playground to practice their techniques while kyoshi and his friends also talked about the next test and their result of previous ones
AN: this is it for now. I'm just updating to tell everyone that I'm still alive😑. can't give non chapter update, I will surely get cursed by you all. as for my excuse, there is no excuse. I just got distracted by something one after another. even half of this chapter was written two days ago but I got called off to do something and didnot get to write more.
I will try to update tomorrow if not the day after, I will upload new chapter ok. sorry about the wait.😅😅😅
