I woke up feeling nausea and cold. I look around us and I was on a cold dirty ground. I saw Almira weeping and hugging herself. Though I feel week I crawl to her and pull her into my lap. It was all dark but there is a torch of light few paces away.

"Hey…" I move away from her hair. I look around us and we are like prisoners… in a dungeon. "He has gone mad." She sat up and I wipe her tears. "I'm sorry for dragging you here." It was my fault that we both ended up here.

"No…" she shook her head. "It's not your fault. It is father who had gone mad. I will try to tame his stone heart again. The Goddess speaks to me."

"Why are you crying?" I pull a handkerchief that is on the pocket of my Cariñosa. I wipe her face.

"It was Andrew… I couldn't help him. I just wish that he's fine."

"I am sure he is. Andrew can survive on it." Though I don't remember anything because I collapsed, my instincts say that he is fine.
