Chapter 11: Basic information and start of the training.
Right after classes i collect my stuff and moved to the school entrance.

Well my mother and father are quite powerful magic and ki users.
All so we have access to alternative dimensions and timelines, so we buy most of our stuff from there.
Anyway, the first phrase of the training is power leveling.

Kiba says, my level is 61
Koneko, mine is level 54

And I told them the what level is equal to devil, angel and fallen angel ranking.

Low-class Devil = Level 26-250
Middle-class Devil = Level 251-500
High-class Devil = Level 501-750
Ultimate-class = Level 751-1000
Super-Devil, Dragon Kings and other faction leader= Level 1001-1250
Ophis, Great Red, God from Bible, God-Rank Angels and Devils = level 1250+
After that i summon hovering, platform with force field on it, they can stand on it while they follow me.
When they go on to it i said, stay on the platform, dungeon where we are go to is level 900+ and weakest monster there is is as strong as Ultimate-class Devil.
Everybody is shocked after hearing that.
Rias asked, how can my family create such powerful training dimensions?
Our training dungeons collects rogue emotions, energies that emit from sub-dimensions all over earth and turned them into monsters or items.
Normally human and other lifeforms inhabits those emotions unconsciously to the sub-dimensions and trough magic we collect them from there.
If left to their own devises, rogue physic lifeforms or demons will be born from negative emotions.
They will break away from sub dimension and they will start to hurt or kill anything around them.
After saying that we enter into the dungeon.

Rias POV:
Rias and her perigee see Issei killing one monster after a another.
Dungeons monsters are mostly dragons.
How can he kill such powerful monsters one after another so fast, asked Kiba in wonder?
After killing thousands of of monsters our level reaches level 400+.
We reach at a place where the boss is supposed to be, after searching sometime we see the boss of the dungeon and inspect it

It took around two hours for him to kill the dragon.
After that we where teleport-ed out to waiting room.

After killing all the monsters, i asked all of them, so what level have all of you reached?
I am level 428 said Rias.
I am level 419 said Aneko.
Asia said nervously, i am level 401.
Kiba said, Koneko is level 405 and i am level 411.
Mhm... not bad how to you feel other wise?
We feel little light headed, but mostly we are fine.
It took around 6 hour for us to clear a dungeon.
As you open your status windows you see free stat points, as you may have all ready figured out but these stat points can be added to your existing stats and and make them stronger.
Before we finish for today i want to ex-plane how to help you distribute them well according what you want to make your main stats.
What to you mean by that said Rias?
Rias, with leveling up you should have gained 1650 stat points am i right?
Since your main attack are revolved around support, strategy and magic, i recommend you to distribute your stats as followed, and i only recommend if you want to do it differently then to it that is your chose.

With her battle tactics i recommend her distribute them as follows:
Intelligence: 650
Wisdom:500
Dexterity: 50
Strength: 50
Vitality: 400
Distributing like that will help her unlock stats that will increase her all ready existing,main stats while not leaving her other attributes unbalanced.
What ever you do, to not ever but your stats only in one stat.
Because stats are related and if they are not high enough, then you will start to receive damage to you body.
For example if your magic is 400 then your strength and vitality must be at least 100 or you will start to receive damage over time, because your body can`t handle all the mana that is in your body.
What use are the stats anyway asks Aneko?
(Intelligence): Is useful for any type of magic user with out it you would be unable use magic, divine or devils powers. It all so will help you improve your memory related skills and information learning abilities.
(Wisdom) is related to any kind of power or mana regeneration. It helps with your logic and cognition related fields. Higher it is greater these functions will be.
(Dexterity): Increases speed of your body functions and mental response time between them.
(Strength): is related to your body strength and your physical energies strength.
(Vitality): Is manifestation of your life force and physical energies quantifier.
(Luck): Increases chances for you to have more positive situations happening to you.
Some stats that i haven't told you about yet are extra stats.
They are stats that can be gained by special action or trough luck,

Lets see, Comprehension, Fate, Physic powers, Force powers, Laws and others.
These are only examples that i could remember of the bat.
I wanted all of them for tomorrow morning make plans how to and for why, what stats they think they should raise?
