Darius was halfway to the cave when he noticed the girl was following him.
"Why are you following me?" he asked, "Well, I have no food, and I went on my own as a test, on my father's orders of course" she answerd.
"Ok"
"By the way? do you know the way to the Sage?" she asked
"Sage? I dont know no Sage, Mind giving me a name?" Darius asked as he never heard of a Sage living nearby, to be honest, he never went to the "nearby"
"My father said, his name is Edmund or somthing like that, apperantly he saved my father years ago, I dont know the specifics, but he also gave me a letter to give him" The so called Dukes Daughter, if thats her real name, said
"So my Pops a Sage, *sigh*" Darius sighed as he knew his father didn't just magically live 200 extra years, oh wait he did, but thats not the point
"Your father is the Sage?! take me to him right now!" the girl said in a rather ordering tone
"Fine, fine, But I get to hum a song and you cant say anything about it"
"DEAL!!!"
"lets go, Country roads, take me home-"
"Thats plain out singing! not humming"
"-To the place, I belong-"
"What the hell are you singing!?"
"-West Virginia!!, Mountain Mama!!-"
"Why did you start shout singing all of a sudden"
"-Take me home, Country roads"
"Stop please, its terrible" the girl said
"Bye, bye miss American pie-"
"Another song!?"
"-Drove my Chevy to the levee but the levee was dry-"
"I dont understand half of those words, but I like the beat"
"-Them good Ole boys were drinking Whisky in Rye-"
"Whats whisky?"
"-Singin' this'll be the day that I die-"
"Who would sing about dying?!"
"-This'll be the day that I die!"
"Huh theres a cave here..."
"Were here" Darius said after arriving at the cave entrance
"What? in here?" the girl shivered as she saw the darkness inside the cave.
"Dad! I found someone looking for you!" Darius shouted
"I know" Said Edmund as he exited a magic door in the sky
"I never get used to that" Darius said as he saw the door dissapear into thin air after Edmund walked out
"So Bella, how is Lucas?" Edmund asked
"How did you know my name?" asked the Crimson haired, daughter of a duke, whos name is Bella apperantly
"Well, you know many thing, when you live for 300 years"
"By the way, Dad, why is Duke Lucas looking for you?" Darius asked
"I dont know that much, but I do your little friend has a message to give me"
Edmund and Darius both look at Bella waiting for her to bring out the letter
"Oh yeah, sorry I forgot" Bella said embaressed that she forgot her own goal
Bella took out a space pouch in shoved her hand inside
"Here!" she took out a letter with the stamp of the Duke's family
she gave Edmund the letter while quietly humming "american pie"
