It was cold up here. Colder than it has ever been on the bridge. The cold wasn't gonna make me leave, not without seeing Daisy and not without knowing why she wanted to see me all of a sudden. I pull out my phone hoping I received a message from Lola but there was nothing there. I feel guilty. The thought of Lola makes me feel like life's worth living for but here I am doing everything I can to please Daisy. I read Lola and I's conversation and I tell myself that I shouldn't be here... I shouldn't be here desperate for Daisy when recently all I think about is Lola. I start walking back home...then I saw Daisy. We both made eye contact with each other at the same time and we both couldn't look away.
''Its been awhile'' she says with a giggle
'' Yeah it has''
''I'm sorry I haven't been responding to your text, I 've just needed some time to think... I've missed you'' she says as she grabs my hand inching closer to me.
''Maybe meeting up here was a bad idea... I should go'' I say. I give her a smile and try to make my way back home where i should of stayed in the first place. She tugs my shirt rough enough for me to turn around. Her lips. her lips meet mine and she has me in a spell. I couldn't move I didn't want to move because... this moment was so familiar. We kissed. And Lola saw it all.
