Anyway,I teleported there and found it.The capital seemed gigantic and indeed deserved the title as the second largest country in Disboard.
Anyway,we spotted some Dwarves in front of us and went up to speak with them. They were quite easily discernible as well,Dwarves' hair is made of mithril and their eyes are made of orichalcum.
This made them easy to spot in a crowd.Anyway,we asked for where their capital is and they pointed to us the direction of it.
Anyway, the only way we're going to get the blueprints for the E-bomb would be from Nýi Tilwig, the current representative of the Dwarves.
Now,what could I offer the Dwarves in exchange for the E-Bomb blueprints?High grade blueprints or exotic materials.
The blueprints would be great as while the Dwarves can create anything they can imagine, they cannot create anything they cannot imagine, resulting in the possibility of being hemmed in by their own imagination.
Hence, the blueprints would be important for the Dwarves, especially if they need some inspiration from them. Not only that, the concept in these blueprints I got from the system are higher tiered then the ones grasped by them here.
This would allow them to improve in their craftsmanship which will thus allow the trade to be made. This would thus make the trade be of similar value and more important.
Anyway, this would tempt the Dwarves into doing the trade but it doesn't guarantee them going through with it.
Anyway,as we got into the Capital of Harden Fell,we did see machinery which shows how technologically advance the Dwarves are when compared to the other races.
Anyway,we walked up to one of the guards around in the capital and asked if we could possibly meet with their representative,Nýi Tilwig.
They looked at me with unease as well,it was a random request from someone who didn't seem important but they still sent a Dwarf to find Nýi Tilwig and inform him(The Wikia never states Nýi Tilwig's gender so I assume its a 'he'.Sorry if i'm wrong.)
They did warn me that if I was fooling around,we would be in huge trouble. We nodded,as we understood their meaning.
Anyway,Nýi Tilwig arrived and we exchanged courtesies before he finally asked for the reason why we had asked for him.
I looked around and asked him if he thinks this is a good place to talk about things that could affect the Dwarf race in general.
He looks at me in surprise at the weight of my words but nonetheless gestured us to follow him into what seemed to be his quarters.
Although not really stated in the Ln,I just went for the stereotype that Dwarves love beer.
