Chapter 9: Lyrel kingdom (Part:2)
Hayato and the princess were riding on the main street of the Lyrel kingdom with the knights close behind them. The path was made with round stones that made a loud noise when the horses passed over them, at the left and right were multiple buildings from houses to stores of clothes, food, and various other things. Hayato saw the people on the street wearing medieval clothes and far away in front of him he notices the castle, it stands out by how big it was and it seems that it was constructed on a small hill, Hayato by instinct knew that the princess won't take him to the castle she must be planning something else but he wasn't worried at all
" Look! look! it's the princess! " Said a young man with an excited face " Who is he? he is so handsome " Said a young woman with a face of curiosity. Hayato's group attracted a lot of attention from the people on the street that's when the knights with them begin to yell " Move aside! " The princess greets all the people with a beautiful smile that charmed the men who saw her, Hayato didn't put any attention to the woman who yelled trying to make him turn to see them, instead he was putting all his attention on where they were going and he confirmed that the princess wasn't planning to take him to the castle
After a few minutes later the crowd begins to disperse thanks that more knights coming that's when the princess turns to see Hayato and says " Hayato, I'm going to report my father our return, sorry but you have to stay in the city in the meantime, but I will leave a guard to protect you " She smiles beautifully to Hayato with a slight redded face to say him " I hope it won't take long, but I will hurry up to see you again as fast as I could, ok? later Hayato " And they went to the castle with the other knights leaving Hayato and one knight only still standing
The knight whistles once and rides his horse as Hayato's horse followed him ' These horses are too well trained ' Hayato was impressed by the horses then he saw the knight in front of him with a cold face thinking ' This guy is here to protect me? I doubt that he is nothing more than a spy to report you everything I do to her '
The knight wears complete grey armor and a helmet so Hayato can't see his face completely he can only see his dark green eyes. The knight takes Hayato and the horses to a Hostel there he gets down off the horse making Hayato jump down his horse, the knight bows to Hayato and says with a humble but detached voice " It's already night, Sir Hayato, the princess prepared a place where you can stay "
Hayato looks at the Hostel with a calm face, but he thinks ' She had all of this prepared even before we met, she is after no good ' before they entered the Hostel the knight says " Sir Hayato, I will stay in the Hostel in front of this one, just go and speak with the receptionist, tell her that princess Ellen reserved a room for you, I will take to horses to a stable near here " The knight walked away with the horses and Hayato entered to the Hostel
' It seems that she planned to take me here even before we met ' Hayato watched the knight leave with a calm expression then he turns around and walks towards the entrance of the Hostel. The entrance was a 2 wooden doors with torches at both sides, he just pushed the doors and walked towards to looks to be the reception and there it was a young receptionist, she is around 16 or 17 years old, she has a small height, a body with decent curves and short black hair but her eyes were beautiful, her eyes were light blue with large eyelashes she seems to be reading something until she saw Hayato entering the Hostel that's when she makes a very surprised open slightly her small pink lips
' Hayato saw her with an expressionless face and he just keeps walking normally toward her to then say to her " I'm here for a room, Princess Ellen send me "
The young woman didn't answer him, it seems that she didn't even hear him, she just was looking at Hayato's face with a dazed expression, Hayato raised an eyebrow seeing her dazed expression that's when he says a little bit more loudly " Miss, did you heard what I said? "
" Eh! y-y-y-yes what is it?! " The young woman comebacks to reality making a nervous expression and her face turns bright red
Hayato then says with an expressionless face " I said that the princess sent me here because she already prepared a room for me here, can you tell me where it is? "
" I-it's on the second floor! I-it's the second room on the left! here is the key! " The young woman was acting so nervously that she hands Hayato the key with both hands and her eyes closed
Hayato turns to see the stairs on the left side behind the reception, then he takes the key from the young woman's hands and says " Thank you " and climbs to the second floor. The young woman turns to see Hayato's back with a face of yearning until someone else enters the Hostel when she was talking with the client she will often take small peeks where Hayato disappeared, unknowingly to Hayato, she will keep doing that until her turn it's over
Before entering Hayato stayed standing in front of the door then he turns his head slightly to the left to then do it to the right, then he closes his eyes for a second to then opened them again this time with his Sharingan active then he opens the door of the room and walks in. The room was decent it has a bathroom, a medium-sized bed, and a table with a couple of chairs next to a window. Hayato walks to the window at a calm pace and his eyes narrowed he doesn't lose the size of the window for any second then he sits in one of the chairs and leans his right hand on the table supporting his head ignoring the window completely now
' He is in the other Hostel in the exact window in front of my room, I saw him standing in front of the window just a few seconds after I entered this room ' Hayato stayed in that position for at least a couple of minutes to then turn to see the bed ' This room is twice the size of my old room and even the bed is better than mine ' Hayato makes a little grin, then he walks to the bed and leans on it watching the roof with a bored expression ' She chose a room where the knight can watch me, but I not going to do nothing more today '
Hayato gets up from the bed and went to the bathroom and then he noticed that his face and hands were covered with dirt and blood, but his clothes were clean as new without any scratches or blood on them
Hayato touches his clothes with doubt and thoughts ' Syt, these clothes are made with special material, right? '
[ ' They are from the same material as Goku's clothes, no normal attacks can damage them, any kind of dirt will disappear, you can give anyone the same clothes for free no matter their body size they will adapt before you take them out, you just need to see them and put out the clothes from the inventory.
The same works with weapons, but they have special abilities, for example, the Kusanagi no Tsurugi(Sasuke's Katana) is immune to any lighting attack and when you are covered with your Chidori is completely indestructible, you can give one to anyone too, the effect will be a little weaker they use lightning in it ' ]

Hayato gets up from the bed and says " I will go in a second " He hears the receptionist say " Y-Yes! I will go to tell him! " with a surprised shy voice, then Hayato wears the rest of his clothes and puts his Katana in his waist and finally he leaves the room
Hayato walked down the stairs and the receptionist says goodbye to him with a shy face, he only made a slight smile and nodded, making her turn red as a tomato
Outside the Hostel the knight was standing there with the horses next to him, the knight turns to see Hayato and approached to make a slight reverence and say " We have to go, sir Hayato, the princess is waiting for you " Hayato nodded, and climbs the horse just like the knight then they left the place. On the way, Hayato asked the knight various things about the Lyriel Kingdom and the knight responded to every question he did
It seems there are more than 2 kingdoms on the Human Continent, the Ballack, and the Lyrel Kingdom, they are the smallest size kingdoms on the continent despite that the Kingdom was very large in Hayato's perspective, but the most important information he gets about those two kingdoms was that the Ballack kingdom is the only kingdom of the other smallest kingdoms that can summon Heroes, the knight says that is because of their great faith that their citizens have in God.
Next, the knight told them about the Zypher and Locknar Kingdoms, they are the most important medium-sized Kingdoms and the only ones that have a very close relationship after all their kings are brothers it seems that after a few centuries of the Demon King's dead those kingdoms had a war and the loser was absorbed, that's why when one goes to war the other one goes too, with that unity they have won many wars against other kingdoms turning them in vassal kingdoms. The knight was uncertain about why they haven't attacked any other kingdom yet despite that they have a great military force specializing in magic so they have strong Mages capable of using different types of magic. They can summon Heroes as well with skills that are only seen in the Monster Continent
And finally, he told him about the greatest and stronger force on the Human Continent the Loured Empire, being the biggest of all it had various kingdoms around it about the size of the Lyrel kingdom and the Ballack kingdom at their service, that's why it became an Empire and not a kingdom, they have strong warriors and mages, they can summon the strongest of the Heroes, the one chose personally by God and the only one that has a unique skill and power, the only problem about that is that they can only summon one Hero at a time and under a special circumstance, the knight doesn't know what circumstance is that so didn't tell Hayato anything else about it. The Loured Empire doesn't have any good relations with any other kingdom that doesn't serve it but they never want to attack or make enemies with any other kingdom and the reason is unknown as well, besides it seems that they have a strength compared to people on the Monster Continent that's why when the Deamon King appears they are the only ones on the Human continent that cross the world to go to war
Hayato was receiving too much information at the time so he only asked the knight more about the Lyrel Kingdom and he responded that the Lyrel Kingdom's specialization is warriors, they have a few strong mages but not so many, they have Wyvern riders, which makes Hayato ask if they are monster tamers, but the knight denied that he said that when Wyverns are born they are sent to his next rider so that way they create a strong bond with each other and besides he told him that only Monster Tamers exists in the Monster Continent and most of them were Beastman
The knight continues by saying that the Lyrel Kingdom has its social classes like in any anime that Hayatp saw and just as Hayato expected the nobles are proud and arrogant, it seems that the knight is from a medium-class family so when he speaks about them he sounds full of hatred, his memories about the nobles shouldn't be very good
The Lyrel empire's economy is based on selling domesticated monsters and wild monsters' cores and skins besides they trade foods and other goods with other kingdoms besides the Ballack kingdom
The currency is pretty basic:
Copper Coin
Silver Coin = (10 Copper Coins)
Gold Coin = ( 10 Silver Coins or 100 Copper Coins )
Platinum Coin =( 10 Gold Coins, 100 Silver Coins, or 1000 Copper Coins )
Normally the villagers and low-class people can't ever see a Gold Coin in their lives
Hayato asked him about the power levels of this world but he seems reluctant to tell him so Hayato deduced that the princess made him hide that information for some reason
After talking all the way they finally arrived at what seems to be a training ground. it was a plain dirt field, with wooden dummies, and concrete walls here and there, the place was at least a square of 50x50 meters and isolated from most of the houses. Near the field were the princess talking with a handsome young man with an arrogant face, the Princess and the young man saw Hayato and the knight approaching so the princess smiled and says "It's good to see you so soon Hayato " Hayato gets down from his horse just as the knight he walked towards the princess with the knight beside him, Hayato notice that the young man near the princess was looking at him so he turned to see him that's when noticed the jealous face of the young man
Hayato ignores the young man making him frown with anger then the knight beside him says " Princess, sir Hayato, I have to go back now, after all, I have work to do " The knight bows, and then turns around and whispers to Hayato " Don't trust them " and he leaves the training ground
' He didn't say anything about that guy he must know him, besides, I wasn't going to trust them anyway ' Suddenly the young man next to the princess says with an arrogant face and voice " Hey! you lowly peasant! bow your head before me! "
' So, that's how it is, heh' Hayato sees him with a cold face and says " Force me to do it "
" What!? who do you think you are talking to!? " Said the young man with a surprised and angered face then he hits his chest with his right hand saying with pride and arrogance " I am Bennett Brywood, the first son of the noble house of Brywood! "
Hayato sees him with an uninterested expression and says coldly " So what? "
" Fufufu " The princess only laughs like always, but Hayato noticed that she isn't liking the way that Hayato was talking to Bennet and not the other way around
" YOU BASTARD!! " Bennett put out his sword and takes it out to swing it toward Hayato
Hayato frowns and thinks with a sight coldly smile on his face ' I going to give you something more that you are not going to like, Princess '
