I reached out and grabbed the coins from Hondo's hand, the coins from his pocket and stuffed it into the bear,

I should have brought in a bag then the light would only shine on that, grabbing the bear I slipped it into Hondo's chest, his leather pouch was perfect. Covering the whole bear and hiding the beam altogether.
We have to pretend that we do not have any coins, so what I am thinking is that we need to be covered with dirt, create wounds, and have some ripped rags to make it look more real.

After discussing for a moment with one another, along a dark narrow alley we come to argue that the best way out is to work together. I'm amazed that Hondo not only did not throw me under the bus but send a series of nice things about me and how I helped him get his coins and that we were friends, and based on the new girl.
She didn't even raise the spear at me, instead she pats me on the shoulder and hugged me so tight I thought it was going to suffocate in her chest.
On the bright side, it's an extra pair of hands, an extra person, who is just as fierce as Hondo so that is definitely good.
Weighing the pros and cons of the situation she was perfect the course, we just need to help her get a coin and we are as good as gold.

A kid jolts out, lunging forward towards her, she blows the stick into the boy's chest, he lets out a yelp and falls to the bottom of the stairs, cracking loudly with each drop.
After that more and more kids come out, they are surrounding us, walking around us. Hondo has his axe out, Panya has her spear out, their backs are against one another, I must be the one everyone is looking at because I am the one with no weapons or anything that looks remotely dangerous,

We slowly take one step after another, as the boys and girls come closer and back off when they see the dangerous weapons of Hondo and Panya pointing towards them.
We are getting closer, but we are very oblivious because of the green light, we go slow and up together, don't have out or you will be picked off, If we are together we can move as a team, and can get us but if we depart then we will be killed one after another.

We make another step, up just as one of the thugs come out, Panya acts fast, thrusting her spear forward, smacking the boy in the Adams apple and throwing him off the edge of the stair case.
Just as another kid charges forward, there's too many of them, there is just no way we can continue to fight our way up the stairs, we are lucky the kids above us on the corridors are not jumping down.
We are walking, talking, living targets and to them we are a pile of gold.
I spoke too soon, because the moment I looked up a boy came crashing down from above with his arms stretched wide, ready to crush us!
Without thinking, I side step dodging the poor boy who smacked the floor so hard, I could feel the tremours.

Just as the kids were about to pounce onto me, I kick the boy down the stairs a bit quick for them to react and trip them over win the next moment an avalance of kids came crumbling down.
