Chapter 71: Chapter 70 - Hunter
"What do you think you're doing?"
Who on earth said that? It was a voice of a boy., it sounded familiar. I was being pulled behind a building. It was Caleb.
"I need to save them."
"Do you really think you're a hero. You can save everyone?"
"Do you even know what happened to them?"
"I don't care, if there is a chance to help them, I will do it. I cannot just stand back and watch them get killed by that horrible kid. Besides, I have no coins, there's nothing for me to lose."
"Stop playing hero. You really think it's all about coins? Do you even know who he is and who the kids on the floor are?"
"The boy is called Hunter, he got cornered by the other kids, they were trying to hunt him and pressure him to give out his coins to them, I have been following them for a while, they use their sheer group size to pressure kids to give them their coins."
"But do you know what happened when they tried to do this with Hunter?"
"Hunter just smiled, and started attacking them, the ones on the floor were killed instantly, the ones that are hurt and injured tried to get coins of their friends but do you know what happened? They got attacked and left to die slowly. Hunter is a cold-hearted killer, he doesn't care about the coins, because look at him, he already has the four coins based on the cross that is across his chest, there is no need to hurt the other kids, but he doesn't care."
"Look at these remaining three kids, and the one hanging over there."
"None of them will be able to leave, he is going to hunt them down and kill them one at a time."
"But we can't just sit and do nothing."
"What help can you do when there were 12 of them and they couldn't stop him."
"Then what do we do?"
"We hide and stay behind the wall, and wait."
