"Hondo get the coins"
I walk out from where I was hiding and see that Hondo is reaching down to pick up the coins, a small shadow comes down the stairs, it's too small to be a kid, that's when I realize that the thing that has come out is actually the teddy bear.
The one I stuffed the coins into, and as if on cue, it raises it's hand as if to say hi.
It all makes sense now, that must have been why the boy was screaming, and that must have been why he was so willing to just drop the coins and go.
Boom!
Hondo drops to the floor, covering the coins. That silly boy, how can he be so big and strong and be scared of this remote teddy bear.
There's no such things as ghost, but here it is, it must be some kind of special effects, a remote control doll, but I don't see any antennas for it to receive signal.
More important though is that is coming straight towards me and there is a cross across its chest. It's faint but it's definitely there.
Looking at Hondo on the floor, I decide that he will be okay and his got his coins, so I decide to walk towards the bear.
And it bolts pass me,
