Chapter 13: Mystic weapon shop
After that night of fighting the Dracos the duo walked for weeks until the saw civilization again.It was at that time that Gill asked the Duke why he couldn't just teleport them to their destination.
The Duke responded saying if I did it would be easy and also you need the experience in fighting and we should meet many types of. beast on out journey.Gill then went on to ask the Duke why he wasn't hungry. The Duke answered saying well once you start learning and living the mystic arts you are no longer humans you are of something greater.Hearing this Gill felt happier knowing he was part of something great.
Weeks turned into months as Gill and the Duke journed towards the Nile river. It wasn't until the 6 month of their journey that they reached the Nile.
As they were nearing the Nile Gill spotted different types of animals Buffalos,Alligators,Birds and many other species around the River.Gill heard about how Great the Nile River was but he what he was told didn't compare to what Gill saw.After taking this all in he took out his map from his bag to see where the shop is located. He found the shop on the map but the problem was that it wasn't by the Nile it was inside it.
Seeing this Gill asked the Duke if the map was legit. Yes answered the Duke. Gill still wasn't sure of that answer but he then remembered that this was the mystic world and that anything is possible.
With this in mind Gill started brain storming ideas to get to the shop that was under water. The problem with this shop being under water was that he can't breathe under water.After a few minutes of brainstorming he came up with and idea. He needed oxygen to breathe and oxygen is in the air and he would control the water to stay away form him so he could breathe. He told the Duke his plan and the Duke agreed.
With this ge executed his an he dived straight in the water and control the water to stay away from as he formed an air bubble around him. He dived with the map in hand straight to the bottom of the river it tool him 2 whole minutes to reach the bottom.
If he was a regular human he the river would have been more shallow but since he was a mystic artist and a Duke in training the river was deeper for him and also the Earth doesn't like mystic artists. It liked martial artists but not mystic artists.
When be reached the bottom he saw a small cave with a wooden board that had writing on it that said Mystic weapon shop.
