Chapter 8: Adjusting
In Angel's apartment
Angel woke up after the alarm rang for the tenth time. 'I didn't have to wake up early for many days and now having a hard time.' She thought to herself.
For her the last time she went to work was already many years ago. 'Its a new start'. She encouraged herself.
After she finished dressing up, Kelly came with her breakfast. They both had breakfast and then went to her shooting location.
Today she will go to the studio in the company to shoot for the company's anniversary. Elina has kept her schedule light for a few days then her heavy workload will start from next month. Since it has been some time she went to the company many people came to greet her. Last time she just went to the CEO's office so this time she also greeted her past aquintances with enthusiasm.
In entertainment industry many people flatters others to climb up their position but in this company everyone already has a fixed route so sucking up to others is really not needed. After promising to join them in lunch Angel went to her work where Elina was waiting for her.
The photoshoot didn't take much time, only half an hour. After that she had to take some interviews from the media. The media companies has link with the company so they asked decent questions. The interviews continued till lunch time so Angel went to the cafeteria in the company with her two partners.
Their company's cafeteria can be considered as a small restaurant due to the demands from the people. The staff in the cafeteria would bring the foods from other places according to the customers requirements of course they have to pay for it but they can enjoy it without going anywhere. Some people feel that it saves them delivery charges some feel that it is time efficient; in short it is a popular service. Angel remembered that in a few years this cafeteria will be directly converted to a restaurant. Although the food in the cafeteria is not bad now but later they would really improve it. She didn't get many chances to eat at that time, maybe now she can complete it.
After having lunch she had a few more interviews. By the time she finished it was only 4'o clock in the afternoon. Angel decided to go home as she was still adjusting to her new life. In her previous life she didn't became the spokesperson for the company, it has changed after her rebirth.
