You, my dear, spread like a virus.
Contagious beyond all means.
One touch is all that it takes.
Doesn't matter if we are near or far.
Like unconfessed sin, you spread.
Breath on me.
I will become sick and die.
Breathing becomes labored.
I became Ill.
Unable to focus on the tasks at hand.
Worry and fear eat me.
I became beddridden and sad.
Shut in a place called Home.
Unable to work.
They whisper saying don't visit.
Others going round in circles,
Twisting and turning,
In agony like I.
Perhaps I was lucky,
While others fell like flies,
I survived.
You and I have a tale,
Bitter and Sweet.
Like a Love Ballad.
Dancing with teary eyes.
