He was lying blatantly again; did he think that she was deaf?
"Eat quickly. The food won't be as nice when it gets cold," Nian Junting fed her a spoonful.
Luosang had a few bites before she felt ill.
"Have a bit more." Nian Junting was concerned that she was starving herself.
"I can't have anymore. I'm worried that I will puke everything up." Luosang waved her hands, as she laid back down on the bed.
When she woke up, it was already six in the evening.
The sun was still up and Nian Junting was playing with his phone, sitting on the side of the bed. Luosang was shocked when she saw the time. "Weren't you going to have dinner with some of the board members? Why didn't you wake me up?"
"It's fine. I'm the VIP here so they can wait for a while." Nian Junting sat up and passed her a jacket.
"Should I sit out tonight?" Luosang was hesitant. "It's all going to be men, so there's no point in me going."
