Ariana felt so drained from watching so many students go up to the stage and perform the Summoning Ceremony. Everyone had to do the same thing over and over again and no one else's familiar did a display of power or enchanting performance. So the Summoning Ceremony was very redundant and bland. Talisha and Halina had already been summoned with the others earlier.
