Chapter 11: Assaulted

As soon as he saw the mission Julius was stunned. The system actually did something he wanted. Not only that but it also came with a nice reward. ' Ha. Just what I wanted.'
Julius looked up and took a good look at the people who assaulted him. there were 4 middle-aged men and a beautiful woman. They had a majestic bearing, signifying that they were from a powerful force.
From their clothes, Julius could tell they were from the sects, but at this point in time, he didn't give a shit.
"Why the fuck do you care? Sneaky bastards." Julius replied to the man. "If you got balls why don't you fight like a man."
All the ancestors were taken back by Julius' reply. they never thought that a little kid would disrespect them so blatantly. In their many years of existence, they have been prominent geniuses of their era. respected by everyone and everywhere.
Now, this unknown kid just insulted them right to their faces. They weren't angry by Julius' remarks but just surprised.
"KId you've got quite a mouth there," A brawny man said to Julius. He had a green outfit with the Emerald Stone sect emblem on his chest.
"So does your mom." Julius sharply replied. Instantly he could feel the aura increase by bit but stopped before getting too stronger. "Why don't you let this daddy go, so I can teach you proper etiquette."
"Fuck! I'm going to tear this cheeky kid to pieces." The ancestor lost his composure and started cursing.
"Calm down. Old man why do you have to have such s short fuse." One of the ancestors stopped him from getting out of control.
He looked down at Julius and study him for a while. "I think we have started out on the wrong foot here. why don't I introduce myself? I am Leto Sabastian, ancestor of Fire Tempest Sect."
when Julius herd the introduction, cold sweat appear on his back. 'Shit system you're really trying to kill me aren't you!' Julius knew that they were from the sects but he didn't know who exactly they were.
System-'It was an optional quest Host. You could've antagonized them after learning their identity. '
When he heard the system, Julius felt wronged. it wasn't his fault that he couldn't tell these people were ancestors. nobody told him what ancestors were supposed to look like. Never in his wildest dreams did he imagined that the ancestors were good looking middle-aged people.
"Indeed there has been a misunderstanding. Haha. My name is Julius." Julius said with a little laugh.
"So, Julius mind telling us why you are here in this restricted area?" Leto asked him with an inquisitive look. As soon as he asked the atmosphere turned super serious.
"Would you believe me if I said I got lost?" Julius said helplessly. It's not like he could tell them that he was inside the barrier for the last 3 years.
"You think we're joking with you kid!?" The ancestor of emerald stone sect started losing control again.
"Why are we wasting our time with him? He's just a little kid." A calm steady voice suddenly said. It came from a blonde haired man wearing all black.
"True he's just a measly core formation realm cultivator. He can't possibly mess with our barrier anyway." The woman chimed in.
"What do we do with him now?" Leto asked.
"Since he broke into a restricted area, let's just send him to the Cage." The ancestor from emerald stone sect said with a sneer. After saying that he waved his hand and a rift appeared beside Julius.
When Julius heard the word Cage he felt shivers run down his spine. In the continent of Africa, the Cage is one of the most famous places, known for its brutality. As its name suggests, the Cage is literally a cage intended to lock up criminals that broke any major laws set by the sects.
Like the Treasure Mountain, the Cage is also a complete mystery. Rumors have it that it was a burial site of a notorious demon, but it was never confirmed.
Before Julius could say anything, a force suddenly smashed into him. Causing him to fall into the rift.
Zap!
The rift closes and only the five ancestors were left floating.
"Don't you think that was a little too brutal, Ju Nine?" Leto said with some uncertainty.
"So what, he's just a little kid. It's not like he's going to find a way to break out and take revenge on us." Ju Nine said with a sarcastic tone.
"Well I guess braking in here makes him the enemy of all the sects," Leto said.
