Chapter 709: SHARING FOOD

When Yagi saw Emi and Misaki appear, his lips stretched into a smile. He waved for Kenji to leave the room and guard outside before sitting up. Emi placed the basket on the table and walked to the bed to help him prop up the pillows. 

Misaki looked from her teacher to her uncle with shining eyes of excitement, but she did not say anything. 

In the past, she swore she would make women who approached her uncle regret their actions. She even chased those who tried to befriend her or even talk to her uncle when they were outside. It always irritated her because they wanted to take him away. 

However, if Teacher Shio could be with her uncle, she would be the happiest girl in the world. 

Teacher Shio could stand up to her uncle and make him obey her. She was not afraid of him or greedy for his power. But most importantly, she liked Misaki, and Misaki liked her. In simple terms, the couple was perfect in every way.
