Chapter 11: Breakthrough in Cultivation and Chugging Klubnika Cloud Fruit Wine in one Go

At the same time, the loud noise from the falling chains echoed in the building. The amber eyed girl hearing this turned around facing the direction of the noise with a sense of unease and alarm in her eyes.

Dropping what she was doing the amber-eyed girl started into a sprint towards the wine cellar, panic flashing in her eyes. Finn at this moment was already pulling down a wine bottle and buying noodles from the system food tab for a big feast. while waiting for the noodles to cook Finn inspected the spiritual wine bottle that he pulled down from the wine racks. Looking at the wording Finn sighed in relief, >at least I can read the words in this world< Finn thought to himself.

On the bottle, a yellow paper wrapped around it spelling out " Klubnika Cloud fruit wine -brewed by brewer apprentice Shiro", seeing this Finn couldn't help but chuckle "lets see if an apprentice can make good quality wine that can satisfy this little lord cat", and with that Finn dug a claw into the cork and pulled it clean off, releasing a heavy aroma of strawberries and spring rains on a cloudy day.
(*Klubnika is Russian for strawberries although I am not Russian*)
Deeply inhaling the pleasant smell of the spiritually rich wine Finn then took a sip to taste. Finding it has a good taste he then downed the whole bottle followed by a loud burp filled with qi released into the air.
Feeling all full and tingling Finn immediately went into a cultivation pose and began to absorb the rich spirit energy that was overflowing inside him. Using the sunlight pouring in from a cellar window Finn began to cultivate the Solar light essence breathing technique.
Soon a mini sun formed above his head and began to absorb all of the spiritual essences from the wine, and began to refine it into its own solar light energy making it glow a bright crimson red,
as mini solar flares continuously erupted out only to be absorbed back into Finn's body through his eyebrows where what looked like a black hole sucked in all the flares coming off the glowing crimson sun.
Elsewhere in the shop, the amber-eyed girl now known as Shiro the brewer apprentice came rushing to the cellar stairs where the doors were wide open and the chains locking it now laying in pieces at the foot of the staircase. Shiro drawing closer to the door was suddenly hit by a heat wave that came rushing up the stairs and hitting her whole body making poor Shiro fly backwards into the wall knocking her unconscious. Finn, however, did not notice this as he was enjoying the heavenly pleasure of the miniature sun as if he was taking the most comfortable nap next to a fireplace in the middle of winter with a cup of hot cocoa.
Unknowingly to Finn the only reason he felt like this and not felt like being burned with a searing hot rod that other cultivators felt was that of his bloodline as a heavens race cat as they were immune to fire/heat damage as the heavens were at the pinnacle meaning they were closer to the sun. It only made sense if he had this ability, right?. Finn began to feel his cultivation rise.

System announcements kept ringing into his ears as he felt each breakthrough he made. Hearing the last announcement Finn breathed out a breath of exhaustion and the miniature sun above his head flickered and was extingushed being absorbed into the black hole ceasing to exist. Feeling hungry Finn open the lid on the cooked ramen noodles and began to eat.
Five minutes later Finn finished and disposed of the trash using the systems recycling feature. Walking back up the stairs feeling satisfied Finn couldn't help but praise the good wine that helped him break through the levels >that was some good stuff that an only a mere apprentice made, I must definitely come back to drink more< Finn thought as he reached the top of the staircase.
Looking across he saw Shiro sitting against the wall unconscious. "hmmm, what do we have here, this girl is sleeping on the job when she should be making this lord cat's Red Ghost wine!". Grinning >if there's no one to teach her a lesson to not sleep on the job then who will?, this lord cat will be generous and give Shiro a punishment myself< Finn thought as he mischievously grinned at the unconscious Shiro....
