Getting More Attention
Conomi Islands/Arlong Park
Arlong Park was the Arlong Pirates' base of operations. It was located on Conomi Islands. This building boasting several stories and their Jolly Roger at the top was conspicuously placed at the coast to show that they had no fear of the law, as they were subordinates of one of the oka shichibukai jinbei.
Luffy and Esdeath were standing in the sky while watching the deal between Captain Nezumi and Arlong.
"Trash" said Esdeath in a cold tone, even though she wasn't really concerned about justice, she still hated corrupted people such as Nezumi.
"How about clean it?" Asked Luffy
"With pleasure!" The moment she said that, air freezes, and a huge glacial bridge was built instantly under her feet connecting the sky and the earth. Leaving Luffy's arms, she shot herself to the bridge.
"What's that?" Asked Nezumi in a cautious tone.
"Hm, ice boulder?" Arlong was taken aback.
Slash!
A cold freezing air slash Cut everything in sight, the building was cut in two parts freezing it in the process, Arlong and his pirates, Nezumi and his followers were frozen for a second exploding to dust later.
The only one who survived the whole ordeal was an octopus fishman with a sun pattern in his forhead, even Esdeath was surprised and started to get serious!
The octopus was shivering in horror.
"let him go Esdeath chan" said Luffy while turning his head towards Hatchan "You can leave"
Hatchan was full of gratitude, even though he didn't understand why he was kept alive, he didn't dare to stay any longer, in seconds he disappeared in the sea.
"Why did you let him go?" asked Esdeath with a strange expression.
"Sowing some Karma, maybe he can become useful later" Luffy didn't want to talk more about that, so he changed the topic " They must be coming soon, let's go to wait for them"
"Ehm" Esdeath nodded like a clever wife.
Navy Headquarters
Navy Fleet Admiral office in the topmost level of the marine tower, Fleet Admiral Sengoku was sitting there processing documents with a solemn expression, in the top of his head was cap with a sea gull standing above it.
At this time, a navy knocked on the door, after getting the permission to enter, he saluted
Sengoku, while putting an information document on the desk.
"Sengoku Fleet Admiral, there is another urgent information from The East Blue!"
"Urgent message, East Blue? did that boy made some troubles again!" Sengoku was truly annoyed! but after looking to the information, he was truly shaken.
" What the ....?" Impressively, The report information was about Ōka Shichibukai (Seven Warlords of the Sea) 'Hawk Eyes' fought an intense battle against three swordsmen younglings that were surprisingly that 'boy' crew mates, and the most unbelievable thing was that they fight him evenly! pushing him to use his most strongest attack and they still survived! than means that those three people at least have the level of Vice-Admiral, not to mention, they didn't even enter the Grand Line! Sengoku started to feel a little scared, how come this boy attract those powerhouses?!
Sengoku wasn't the only one that was surprised, the entire Grand Line was turbulent upon hearing those news, they even got some informations that the captain of those three was able to convert the genius Esdeath to a pirate, coupling with his new bounty! people just couldn't sit still! it was clear, another monster is coming to the sea.
"Bring every material related to every person joined his crew!" said Sengoku in an urgent tone.

New World refers to the second half of the Grand Line, and also called The territory of The Four Sea Emperors (Yonko) the four strongest pirates in the world!

in a giant ship, Moby Dick! White beard Pirates leader Marco was holding a newspaper while having a surprised expression!
"Strange!" said Marco.
"What is it that you found strange Marco?" asked Vista
"They say that 'hawk eyes' fought evenly with some three rookies in East Blue, and there is also some bounties and names on their heads, so that mean that they are pirates, what I found strange, is this guy! he has a bounty of billion berry on his head! but there isn't any information other than convincing a marine to join him, and that he was the captain of those three, but this bounty is a little off chart!" said Marco
"What's his name?" Asked Vista
"Monkey D Luffy" said Marco while thinking this name is somehow familiar.
Suddenly an authoritative voice come from behind Marco!
"Monkey D? he must be related to Garp, hahahahaha, Another one of Garp relatives is ready for troubles again!" Edward new gate sitting on his chair while surrounded by dozen of nurses.
"I remember! He is Ace younger brother!" said Marco in disbelief!
"I see, no wonder" said Vista.

Luffy was sitting along with Esdeath on the Dock hugging each other while waiting for their comrades! while the villagers were looking to them with fright and terror.
It was not the result of killing Arlong Pirates and saving the village, it was because the faces of these two saviors were very familiar, the newspaper of the morning talk a lot about their deeds, and there was also scary bounties on their head! the handsome looking guy was even more scarier with a bounty of one billion Berry.
"One billion berry before even entering the grand line, very satisfying!" said Luffy in happy tone while kissing Esdeath red cheeks.
"Everyone is looking at us" said Esdeath with a shy tone.
"Aren't you excited the more they watch!" said Luffy while spanking her butt.
Nojiko was the only one that has a strange expression on her face, they didn't look that dangerous at all, if she can describe them, it would be two perverts!
Making her mind, she approached the duo under the frightened gazes of the crowd.
"Excuse me, is there something I could help you with" said Nojiko while trying to keep a calm expression.
"What a brave young lady, aren't you afraid of me?" asked Luffy in a teasing tone.
"You don't look that scary at all!" answered Nojiko while taking a look to Esdeath and averting it from time to time while blushing.
Luffy was caught off guard as he looked towards Nojiko expression, 'lesbian?!'
"We are waiting for a girl named 'Nami'" said Luffy.
"What?! Why?!" asked Nojiko in a cautious expression.
"She shouldn't have messed with me!" said Luffy
"No, Please, spare her, I'll do anything! so please spare her!" said Nojiko in a crying tone. even the villagers couldn't keep their scared expressions any longer and started to plea for mercy while recounting their sad stories. they somehow deduced that Nami offended this ominous star, so he exterminated Arlong's pirates for revenge, and now his next target is Nami.
"Do anything?" asked Luffy in lascivious expression.
"Yes!" Gritting her teeth while suppressing her glistening tears, she nodded her head like a chicken.

"Then, from today onwards, you are one of my crew members!" said Luffy.
"Crew members?!" asked Nojiko in a bewildered expression!
Luffy stand up from the ground and approach Nojiko ears while whispering to her something, and she couldn't help but turn red while nodding her head again and again.
Turning his head towards the dock, he couldn't help but smile happily: " They finally came!"
