Chapter 67: Fred's condition
Jason went to Fourtis hospital and rushed to the reception. He checked with the receptionist and headed straight to emergency care. There was an attender outside the emergency care. He enquired about Tina and Fred. The duty doctor came and met Jason. He said, 'You are related to Tina and Fred?' Jason said, 'we work in the same office..Doctor..what happened?'
The Doctor said, 'she will be fine..but Fredrick.. he is In critical condition..I can't say anything before 24 hours..please inform his family..its a miracle that he is still alive..' ..'what?? Doctor..please tell me what happened to him?'
The Doctor said, ' multiple fractures, deep tissue injuries, four ribs got broken, two discs In his spine are affected, internal bleeding..we did few emergency procedures..and stopped the bleeding..now till 24 hrs , we cannot predict what will happen to him.. there is a head injury too..but it was not a severe one..depending on his reflexes we need to depict..but please..on priority ..inform his family..'
Jason gasped..what is this..they had such a good event, organized by Tina, both Fred and Tina were so happy few hours before...he looked at the Doctor and said, ' Doctor, What about Tina?' the Doctor said, ' her left hand is fractured, she has multiple injuries, even she has an injury on forehead, she lost lot of blood, but after one transfusion, she is ok, she will recover fully..' Jason sighed..he felt relieved..but now..he must become the bearer of bad news, he must inform Fred's parents..
