Chapter 624: Hunting the Wicked

The others perked up at the mention of the Beast Continent, looking a bit more interested now. Even the restaurant seemed a little bit quieter now that she spoke of it. 

Zhi Xun leaned forward, putting more weight onto her staff as she did so. 

"I hear that the so-called 'tribes' of the Beast Continent are in the midst of their own power struggle. They've already begun to send out messengers to make alliances. And recently, it seems that one or two of them have attempted to make contact with Redmist Sanctuary."

Her voice was low, just loud enough for the other three to hear. 

"It seems that they're offering quite a bit to help them in this though, it doesn't seem like anyone has taken them up on it yet."

The others shared looks with one another before looking at the elderly woman.
