Jay France was about 6"1' [1] he was a handsome man, he has his late dad's eyes the rare color blue and blonde hair. He pursues a career in Aeronautics and became a pilot like his late dad Captain James Richmond. He loved one woman and hoping this time she will be his.
Karen France was a former athlete she was on the US team in swimming when she met her ex-husband Captain James Richmond. She has an Ash blonde hair but green eyes. after her divorce, she met Shaun France and later married him.
Shaun France was a businessman who was first married to Hannah Zhou and fathered his daughter Mei. None of his physical features can be seen in Mei other than her eyes which is similar to his late grandmother.
Mei France/Mei Zhou is the only daughter of Shaun France. She was 4 years old when her parents divorced and she was unhappy at first when her father remarried. She has beautiful black hair like her mom, white porcelain skin, but her eyes were shaped like hazelnuts with the obsidian color of honey. Most of her physical features are more on her Chinese mom's origin than her father.
Captain James Richmond was the biological father of Jay France. His son took after his handsome features and his love of flying. His disappearance was due to unforeseen circumstances of CX 385.
Hannah Zhou was a beautiful woman and the ex-wife of Shaun France. She was the old version of Mei but her eyes were brown. A beautiful woman but a very complicated past.
