Chapter 899: Wings of the Sky

Wind, Fire, Water, Earth — Four Major Elemental Shrines were essential to the gods who used it to maintain the Pantheon Continent's power. According to records, the Pantheon Continent would lose its balance in power if the Four Major Elemental Shrines were destroyed; and fall into a state of elemental chaos. 

At that point, fire would fall from the skies instead of rain. 

Places where oceans were may turn into deserts... 

Air would only be in selected regions and no longer be everywhere. As for these other places, it would be in a vacuum state where living beings could not breathe in.
