Chapter 844: Independent Ruler

When a Celestial Capital in a continent was crushed three times, the national system would collapse, entering into an irreversible state. During then, all major cities in the continent would lose control and become independent units. 

Castellans at this point, could choose to be independent rulers and could also a vassal of any surrounding influential major cities and form an independent nation. The choice was up to the player. 

With the disappearance of the Assembled Gods Continent, many Castellans chose to establish their own tiny nation. In a short span of half an hour, twenty-one tiny nations emerged. 

Although Li Yi had abdicated, the tax regulations were still in effect. Any Castellans who announced the establishment of a tiny nation were required to pay a monthly 10% urban resources tax to the Iron Alliance.
