God of Death, Let's Smoke Meth!

All the chances for [Lucky Spins] were gone and Om had got the things required for Saksham's revival. The only thing Om required was luck and courage. With the Lucky Candy, his luck had increased by 3 times. And as for the courage… If Saksham could sacrifice his life for him then even Om was ready to do the same. He would go all out and do everything he could to revive Saksham even if it meant to anger the God of Death.

Om realized that this place was not the most suitable place to summon a god. So, he came out of the washroom and started making his way towards the terrace of the hospital. Om made his way towards the terrace quickly. Although, the terrace was not the place where outsiders were allowed to go, but due to the effects of Lucky Candy, Om secretly sneaked into the terrace without anyone knowing it. Even the surveillance cameras stopped for a second when Om was passing from their sights.

And luckily, the door was not locked. All of this was, of course, the effects of the Lucky Candy. After opening the gate to the terrace, Om stepped onto the cemented floor of the terrace. His heart was starting to race. His palms were starting to get sweaty. But after taking a deep breath, Om calmed himself down. He looked at the brightly lit sky, the dazzling sun which was slowly inching towards the west. As it was about 3:30 P.M, the temperature had not gone down much. It was still quite hot. The cemented floor of the terrace was also very hot, heating up the terrace even more.

But Om was not here to watch the terrace. He was here to summon the God of Death and he was ready to summon now. He opened the system and then the [Inventory]. Then, Om clicked on the last remaining item that was left in the [Inventory] and retrieved it.

After retrieving, Om found that there was an old and dusty scroll in his hands. After observing it for a while, Om realized that he had to do something to activate the scroll to summon the God of Death. As for opening that scroll, Om tried to do it, but the scroll didn't even budge a bit. So, Om came to the conclusion that he had to say something in order to activate the scroll which in turn would summon the God of Death.

Om thought for a moment and then solemnly said, pointing the scroll in the sky, "God of Death, this humble mortal call upon thee! Please, Show your humble self in front of this puny mortal!"

After waiting for a moment, Om saw that nothing happened. So, he once again pointed the scroll towards the sky and shouted, "God of Death, let's smoke meth!"

After waiting for a moment, once again nothing happened. Now, you would be wondering that why would Om even think that this would be able to summon the God of death, then it would be because he knew that this was also not going to do anything so he just jokingly said this. And Om was not surprised by this result. He somehow knew that summoning the God of Death should not require such lengthy and ridiculous lines if the system hadn't told him about it. It should be something else, something very simple, and something which can be said even if not told.

Om contemplated for a moment and then once again lifted his hands up and said lightly, "Summon."

After a second, when Om thought that nothing would happen, Om felt that the scroll he was holding trembled a bit. Then, slowly it started to disintegrate. It started to disintegrate into small petals of ….black rose?! Om was surprised to see this. Those petals slowly started to float gently into the air. Then, they started to revolve in the air gently as if chasing each other. They slowly made their way into the sky. The scene of many black petals flying up towards the deep blue sky was very beautiful and Om was stunned to see such a picturesque scene now. But unfortunately, no one else seemed to be able to see such a beautiful scene.

But soon, as if something was blocking them from rising upwards, they stopped at a position. It seemed as if this angered the black rose petals, as they slammed into the air. Although this should have done nothing as it was equal to slamming into nothingness. But, when those petals slammed into the air, Om thought he was dreaming. He saw the petals actually slamming into the air as the sky trembled at that area. And as they slammed more and more heavily, Om could swear that he saw that the sky was cracking bit by bit.

As Om didn't look upwards when he swallowed the Lucky Candy, he didn't know that a golden pillar of light also had risen from his body and also torn up a hole in the sky. Even until now, Om didn't realize that there was an illusory halo above his head which was constantly giving off a holy and warm aura. So, this was why he was very shocked to see such a scene now.

Back into the sky, those cracks in the sky were like the cracks in a mirror. And at this moment, the mirror had many cracks on it. It was on the verge of collapse. After just a few moments, Om saw something which he could never forget. The petals were successful in their missions. They shattered the mirror like sky with a *bang*. Om could describe what he just saw in words. Everything seemed like a dream to Om now.

And as for the petals, when they felt that there was nothing that was blocking their way, they entered the void that they had torn up and disappeared. Om saw this and he became nervous once again, as he started to practice in his mind about how he was going to greet the God of Death. He practiced hundreds of times and realized that he didn't know how to greet the God of Death. Should he kneel down at his feet? Or should he bow completely and shout some flattering sentences for him? No matter what he thought, he couldn't think of any way in which he should greet him.

But, the most important point here was overlooked by Om at this moment. Although a void had been torn up in the sky which leads to who knows where, but this didn't mean that he had successfully summoned the God of Death. According to the System, he had only 10% chances at successfully summoning the God of Death. But with the Lucky Candy which increased his luck by 3 times, he should have around 30% chances to summon him or even less. Math was not something which Om had liked since small. So, he didn't know how much chance he had got to summon the God of Death. He only knew that however small it was, but this was his only chance at reviving Saksham.
