Chapter 18: First Love
"Hey! Hey, Lucas, wake up! Teacher's here!" Being jab suddenly by a pointy object, Lucas slowly woke up from his slumber. His brown eyes were red underneath accompanied by countless dark circles beneath his eyes shows the result of countless sleepless nights.
"Ouc..ouch! Stop it! Stop it!" prying his tired eyes open to see his seatmate poking him with the soft eraser end of a pencil. Her name is Heaven, his childhood friend, they have known each other for more than 10 years, attending the same classes until high school. "I'm awake! Stop!"
"Reading web novels the whole night again? What's fun are those anyways? If only you put those efforts into studying too... You could be the best student..." Heaven is always curious about how Lucas could invest so much sleeping time into something as boring as reading. Despite being the second in class, she always hates reading, she enjoyed playing more.
"Not everyone is a genius like you who have an auditory memory! Do you even study? All I see is you playing PUBG under your table all day!" annoyed, Lucas quickly went to take out his materials and prepare to listen in class, desperately taking down notes.

'Wow! It smells different! But still so nice! Big bro seems so sad when I mention that name, I will avoid saying that for now.' the understanding Snow immediately dive her heavy head down and clean everything down to the bones. 'Delicious! As tasty as the one yesterday.'
Lucas also proceed to have his dinner, he did not rush this time, there's another chicken meal at night. Instead, he activates his rabbit's ear skill and listens to what those rabbits are saying, other animals may not hear that well, but the rabbit's ear skill is not to be rivaled with.
