Chapter 2: The story of the mouse deer and mouse
One night, Kancil couldn't sleep at all. He felt very hot and thirst made him unable to sleep. Kancil decided to go out of the house and go straight to the lake near his house. However, suddenly he heard a shouting voice asking for help. He immediately looked for the source of the sound. As he approached the pine tree, the voice became clearer. Kancil also saw a mouse in pain. His legs were entangled by the Hunter's trap.
"Deer, help me! My legs cannot be separated from this trap. '' Said the Mouse crying.
Without thinking, Kancil immediately helped him. Within minutes, he was able to release the trap from the feet of the Rat.
"Thank you very much Cil, you are very good."
"You're welcome, next time you have to be more careful." Replied Kancil.
One day, Kancil was cool to eat leaves, he did not realize that the Hunter came back to the forest. The hunter also saw the mouse deer very clearly. He immediately directed it as if, right at Kancil's body. Meanwhile, Kancil was completely unaware of the danger.
However, Kancil is very lucky. Because, at that time. Mice that have been saved, see the Hunter's evil intentions. Without thinking again, the Rat immediately bit the hunter's legs very strongly.
"Argggh !!" shouted the Hunter in pain.
Finally, the Hunter's shot missed. Meanwhile, Kancil was shocked to hear Hunter's shout and the sound of the rifle. Deer also realized, that he was almost shot by the Hunter. However, he was saved by the Rat.
"I am very grateful to you Rat." Kancil said.
"You're both Cil, we have to get out of here as soon as possible." Replied the Rat.
Rats and mouse deer immediately ran quickly to save themselves from the hunters. Meanwhile, the hunter lost track of the mouse deer and mouse. The mouse was very happy, because he could repay Kancil's kindness.
