Chapter 2: A piece of letter
In a typical classroom sat a boy looking at the sunset from the window beside him and moving his eyesight down he found his schools track team but what stood out in the boys eyes was a girl
She had brown hair pulled into a ponytail her eyes were clear blue like the sky and her skin was tan in color clearly from staying under the sun for a long period of time
While looking at her the boy started to smile while his eyes hid his sadness
"I wonder if she'd ever notice maybe she did nah I'd doubt that for she always has been dense"
The girl started to look around for something and seeing that she couldn't find her stuff she said something to her teammates and started to run into the school
The boys eyes started to follow the girl till she entered the school
He got up from his chair while grabbing his bag before leaving he looked around and found another bag he sighed and went and picked up the bag
Heading towards the door
*bang*
The door was pushed open
"here you are Itsuki and thank goodness you have my bag I thought I lost it" the girl said with a wide smile on her face and trying to adjust her breathing while wiping the sweat off of her face
"Hmm what are you doing here maya" the boy questioned
"Well nothing much I just forgot my bag What about you ohhh don't tell me your here for me" she said with a smirk
"Maya is known at the school for her beauty, her kindness, she is also in the track team, she's also an outgoing kind of girl you'd be amazed at how many people she knew in and outside of the school"
"Anyway what time is it" she said while checking her watch "damn we are gonna be late come on she said while grabbing his arm and starting to run"
"You know we don't have to be running right"
"Yes we do the trains gonna leave in 30 minutes and if we don't get there in time I'll make sure I tell your mom about this" she said with a gloating expression
"Oh telling my mom how scary"
"Hmph"
-at the train station-
"We did it we made it in time" maya said while doing a victory dance
"Did you really have to make me run all the way" itsuki said in between breaths while sitting on the floor
"It was a good exercise anyway come on the trains here"
"Ughh"
Once they entered the train that they'd usually find empty they couldn't find any seats
*ring ring*
"Hmm itsuki I think someone's calling you"
Itsuki searched his pocket for his phone but he couldn't find it he looked inside of his bag but he couldn't find it but instead he found an envelope that looked old for the white paper started to turn yellow he wondered who left it in his bag
He turned to look at maya once he did he found her holding his phone and saying that's my bag and this one is yours while pointing with her finger at the bag in her hands
"Oh sorry" he said while hiding the envelope sneakily and putting inside his pocket so that he'd read it later
I wonder what's in the letter maybe some secret she doesn't want anyone to know about or her secret crush he thought with a smirk planted on his face
Hmm should I tell I him no..not now tonight I'll tell him everything maya thought while looking at itsuki
"Hmm what that" she said noticing something was inside itsukis pocket
"Oh nothing much just a letter"
"Can I see it"
"Sorry but it's something private"
"Haha what do you mean by private there's nothing that I don't know about you"
Maya sneakily crept up behind itsuki and tried to take out the envelope in his pocket but while trying to grab it she found him looking at her
She backed away and looked outside looking like she did nothing wrong
Itsuki sighed and said "this is something my girlfriend gave me you so I'm sorry but I didn't I should show you"
"Girl-girlfriend" she said nervously without showing her face
"Yeah you also can't believe it right well anyway that's why I couldn't show it to you well I'm thinking of letting you to meet up tonight if that's okay with you"
She went and grabbed her bag from his hand and luckily for her the train has just opened its doors so she was able to get out without any trouble
"Maya" itsuki shouted
But she didn't even turn around and continued her way
"Huh why did she leave it's not like she cares if I get a girlfriend or not" he said while scratching his head
"Oh well this gives me time to read what it is she wrote"
He took out the envelope and opened it up he found a letter
Before starting to read the letter he started to look for a place to sit
After finally sitting down he started to read the letter
Itsuki
The person I've fallen in love with
The person who I always wanna be with
You see I've been In love with you for some time now
There are also other girls who have fallen for you they would always come to me and ask me if your single I would always say no...I'm sorry...I know it's not my place
But what can I do I can't accept it I can't accept the fact that you would fall for someone other than me
I love you would you mind being my boyfriend

"Huh so she...she also loves me...and I've just told her that I have a girlfriend jeez what an idiot I am"
"Wait a second I told her that I'd be showing her who my girlfriend is" he said with a smirk on his face
"I never said it wouldn't be her"
-the party started-
"Hmm it seems like Maya's parents are here I should ask them where she is"
He went and asked them where she could be and they told him that she didn't wanna go
"Hmm so if I was maya where would I go"
Itsuki left his house in search of the one who stole his heart he went to her house but he couldn't find her there
So he searched at the place they first met but he couldn't find her there and then he remembered a place where they promised each other
-flashback-
"Hey itsuki If one day we fight what should we do"
"Well I don't think we'd fight since I'd always give in to your demands so no point in that"
"You promise"
"About what"
"That if I ever ask you something you'd always say yes"
"Hmm sure I promise"
"Pinky promise"
"Hey don't you trust me"
Maya just stared at him till he couldn't take it anymore and extended his hand and said "fine pink promise" which sent a smile on Maya's face
"Alright then the first thing I want you to never forget is that this is our secret hideout" she said while pointing at the tree house they made in the park
"Fine"
-end flashback-
"She wouldn't be there now would she"
Itsuki started running towards there old hideout
Once he arrived he found her there she was sitting in the swing they made
"Maya"
She was wearing a blue short dress his favorite color which were like her eyes
She had her hair curled up and was wearing high heels something she told him that she hates
She had light make up on
He could tell she did all of that just for him
He went behind her pulled her of from the swings and started to hug her from behind and whispered into her ears
"I've also been in love with you
Would you please forgive me
I also accept being your boyfriend
You also shouldn't care about other girls for I've always been yours"
After saying all that he turned her around and planted a kiss on her forehead
"I will always be yours forever and ever"
